We "rested" at the hotel a few years ago.WiFi is disgusting. Tea only in the morning. At lunch and in the evening, the heating element with boiling water is turned off. Beer by the pool is always a "finish", that is, a tut. Granny in shorts is serving drinks in the restaurant. He washes glasses in a basin. If he decides that you drink a lot - as with beer - "finish".Here is the beach of norm. Nearby. There are enough sun beds. I read the reviews this year and realize that nothing has changed. Yeah, really... (
A disgusting hotel, you can get a pile under the door, and for your request to be removed you will be evicted from the hotel at night without any eviction documents.
A good hotel, excellent rooms (not every five are so beautiful). The beach is nearby, in the center of Kanakla. Delicious food. Among the disadvantages are many of our Russian fellow citizens who allow themselves to swell up and behave very ugly. And at the same time, the staff does not make comments.
Start…
I've never seen a worse hotel.It's a quiet horror.
It feels like they drew these stars for themselves, because in fact it barely runs into 2.
1. Check-in.
They were greeted not only with a smile, but simply with a stony face, just to get rid of it as soon as possible. The hostess of the hotel, a 70-year-old old woman who did not understand English or Russian, except for a couple of banal words and gestures, was sitting at the reception, just like her husband. We continued to find out the half of the night that I had to rest in the room at the expense of the room, and then at the expense of WI-FI (which, by the way, is paid-$ 2 per day, but wi-fi is generally a separate topic ...)
Somehow we figured it out, a good girl named Nina helped, who speaks Russian well, special thanks to her, one of the few adequate people in this hotel.
2.The room
The shock was even greater than when I arrived at the reception. The room is tiny, the air conditioner was working with the last of its strength, probably it had not been cleaned since the opening. The bathroom stank terribly of sewage, everything was old and uncomfortable, half-filled liquid soap in the block from soap-snouts, as in a public toilet, the same with shampoo, which was barely squeezed out and hardly pressed.
The bed linen was changed once in 10 days and then at our request, although the website indicates that the linen is changed every 4 days. But by the end of their stay at the hotel, the staff of the maids had been replaced by younger ones and cleaned carefully and often, in return for those old women who washed the floors with a cigarette in their hand in front of the guests…
3.Nutrition
I've never been particularly picky about food, so I choose what to eat, but it's the same thing every day, for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
For breakfast, there are always only vegetables carelessly thrown on a tray, rolls and waffles, if you're lucky, French fries
For lunch and dinner, endless rice, which was already double in the eyes at the end of the vacation. And chicken in various forms is either terribly salty or bland, from extreme to extreme. They imposed minimally, saving on everything, I have never seen this anywhere…
4. Bar
There are fewer claims here, but they are still there. The drinks were delicious to our surprise. But they poured less and less every day, half a small plastic glass. Drinks are free at the bar until 22:00, after that everything is paid.
Sometimes you can't find a bartender and you wait for 15 minutes until he comes.
5. WI-FI
Well, there are no comments at all.
I wrote above that it was paid, but it would be fine if it worked properly for a fee and flew at the speed of light, but it did not even pull messengers, sometimes it did not open absolutely anything. I caught it more or less well in the lobby, at least something could be downloaded there, but the room was just zero, full. We spent $54 on three people in 9 days, crazy.
I understand Wi-Fi was in short supply in 2014, but it's 2021 and it's just tin.
Of the advantages, only the blue, transparent and warm sea, from which I did not want to get out. And the beach bar is just a vending machine with water and juices in the closet.
I was in 4 stars in Beldibi and Bodrum, it's a different world, the absolute opposite. There are 4 stars really worthy.
For a good rest only there. Or a really worthwhile 5-star, it's better to overpay, but you will rest comfortably.
This was the first and last trip to this hotel. Impressions are just 0 out of 10.
I don't advise anyone.
We rested at this hotel in early August, the hotel is clean, the territory is clean, the food was normal, of course the Wi-Fi is paid and bad, there is no animation, the slide is on schedule, beer too. Despite the disadvantages, we had a great rest, greetings to the cheerful company from Moldova.😍
the hotel is disgusting, not only is it constantly broken off in alcohol, disco , well, that's okay , most of all I was surprised that the hotel staff are hunting for young girls, under the pretext of a disco, they try to take you away , and if you refuse, surveillance begins and even a threat to your life from the owner of this hotel
So my advice to you girls is to avoid the hotel for your own safety
A disgusting hotel, we were waiting for departure, zero cleaning, the bed was never changed for 10 nights, only the garbage was taken out, and they were constantly woken up at a quiet hour. The food is monotonous, but that's okay, the hungry did not go, there are not enough places in the dining room for everyone, people are standing with plates and waiting, it was very reminiscent of the pioneer camp or Gelendzhik. A separate topic is paid Wi-Fi, which was connected by the hotel owner, who speaks neither Russian nor English, but only Turkish, and explained on his fingers, there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms. I do not advise anyone to go to this hotel
The linen has not been changed even once! They were cleaned no more than three times, the garbage was taken out. They were fed chicken, offal, soy meat. Fruits-watermelons, melons, oranges, grapes, apples. Twice in 13 nights there was fish in batter, rice always, eggs. There are a lot of vegetables. There is no baking, the pastry is a terrible syrup-soaked sponge cake, or some other nonsense. Alcohol beer in a 150 gram cup, or 100 grams of wine. There is no internet! There were juices, orange pineapple, cherry., they're kind of out of the bag.
A cozy small hotel, clean and tidy room. The food is good, cold drinks, hot coffee and tea. The bars have beer, red wine, white wine, vodka, whiskey, gin. Minus - 200 meters to the sea. But on the beach, a conscientious caretaker: he will install a sunbed, put an umbrella, constantly pours sand around the sun beds. And in general, the staff is conscientious and friendly. Yes, another disadvantage is that Wi-Fi is paid, $ 2 per day, and for each device separately.
Disgusting hotel!!!it pulls two stars , the cleaners to clean up , knock on your room and start yelling at you to get out !behind the bar is the hostess of the hotel, a 95-year-old grandmother in a short sundress and venous legs, the desire to thump immediately disappears, and most importantly, the son of this hostess broke into my room at night, because I refused to drink tea with him, half past one in the morning he banged on the door and something fell off there!!This is terrible!I've never had to rest in such a hotel before and I really hope I won't have to
We were at this hotel from 28.09 to 06.10.2019. The only good thing about this hotel is its location, the beach and the Labrador on the beach, everything else is rubbish, the food is rubbish, the rooms are small and dirty, they don't really clean the towel in 9 days they have never changed, not to mention the bed linen. The bar is shabby, the service is disgusting. I liked only one bartender, Azis, and then he did not work for long as he replaced the main one. I read some positive reviews here. I would like to ask where did you eat good food in this hotel? Soup, chicken products and soy are good food? and divorced jupi drinks are even difficult to attribute to drinks, I can't say about strong ones, I didn't take beer, my husband said it would go, red wine can also be drunk. You will not taste Turkish sweets in this hotel, only some kind of biscuits soaked in syrup. Fruits are always watermelon, apples, sometimes oranges, plums, grapes. I can't say about the animation either, since it wasn't there, they said they dismissed everyone, they didn't expect so many guests. I will not recommend the hotel to anyone, it does not even pull for 3
We were with my family in 2019 at this hotel. I really liked how they receive their guests!!! Fast server, very tasty food!!!! There is a Russian-speaking bartender at the bar, he also holds discos!!! They gave it away very well!!!! Thank you very much to all the working staff of the hotel!!!!
The hotel is only 2*, not 4*. In addition to the design of the building, there is nothing good there anymore, and then there are absolutely no thought-out places for storing things in the room (and there are a lot of them with a young child for 2 weeks). The service is simply missing. In the dining room, there is one type of meat (chicken breast mostly) and that is peppery, one type of soup, more often unsuccessful, pasta and potatoes are also covered with spices, once frankly missing pasta with red sauce was served. They can't cook vegetables either. Only the rice is normal, but it has been eating for two weeks. The fruits are green. Sweets are not worthy of Turkey at all. You can drink tea and coffee from 8 to 10 in the dining room in the building, then only on the street in the pool bar from 10 to 22. After 22 to 8, you will not drink tea or coffee anywhere at all, and those with young children do not have boiling water either (only from a kettle with the smell of tea, at the same certain hours) At lunch or dinner, but you can bring it yourself from the street. Beer is only available at the pool bar from 10 to 12.30, from 14 to 19, from 21 to 22, and by the way, during these hours the bartender often leaves, since he is alone. It is impossible to drink the rest of the alcohol. During the day, they bake tortillas with stuffing on the street, a woman sits on concrete, with tongs she turns the tortillas over and puts them on concrete. If the staff ordered it for her, then she says sori Bos and questionnaires first there, and then to the guests and smears the tortillas with that butter, and to the guests with vegetable oil. In general, like everything and everywhere, they save money on guests. They have almost no cleaners, the guests carry garbage and cups themselves by the pool, because the bartender cleans twice, before lunch and before dinner. There are almost no glass and plastic cups themselves, only small plastic disposable cups with a convex bottom. In the afternoon, at 11 o'clock, two cans of chlorine were poured into the children's pool in front of us. I don't say anything about cleaning the rooms at all. The child is 3 years old (the ticket was paid for it), they did not give towels, they did not say it, went to the reception, allocated a small towel (I had to buy it). Wi-Fi safe for a fee of $ 2 per day. Beach towels are $ 5 deposit, do not forget to ask in advance, if you have a night check-out, the money will not be returned to you, they will tell the hamam to go separately tomorrow. The beach is terrible (they wrote about the pier, yes it is, but not about our honor, the property of another hotel), this hotel has a pebble beach, and cobblestones stick out under the water, it is dangerous to swim there. When leaving the beach, there is no water and you need to walk with small stones sticking to your feet to get to the hotel, but it's decent to walk. The hotel did not live up to its stars and photos.
This is not a hotel, but a horror! The owners save on everything, the restaurant is disgusting, if you do not come for breakfast, lunch or dinner at the beginning, you will generally stay hungry. Food is not brought, alcohol is poured by the hostess with the look of a witch and with the same attitude towards the guests. The Internet is paid and the paid day will definitely be stolen. How many times have you been in Turkey, you have never seen a worse hotel!!
There is no passage to the beach, and the beach is squalid, wi-fi and a safe for $ 2 per day, chicken and offal from meat, low-quality vegetables, local alcohol and then diluted by half, a pathetic semblance of an animator with stupid jokes and language like: "let's Bite aplaus". (Translated as applause for Ksyusha!). From the good- clean yard and coffee, convenient location.
