As a loyal customer, for months I suffered the absence of the main assortment – turkeys. Instead, the store was filled with random farm products that had nothing to do with the concept. When the long-awaited turkey was finally delivered, I counted on normal service. But no!
During rush hour (18:00), when the queue at the checkout stops at the door, a store employee with epic calmness accepts three bags of beef (!) from a private supplier. Yes, that's possible in the Turkey House now.
Special respect to the seller of 10.04 – the master of the freelance service. She was so engrossed in sorting through these ridiculous packages that even the supplier nervously looked back at the queue. Apparently, she was the only one who felt the awkwardness of the situation. And on 11.04, I simply told two clients that wait, I have acceptance, although the documents and the goods were separate. Constant sniffing, they said one thing, then one thing. If I looked at both counters, then I don't need to push in 10 more positions, I've seen everything.
Dear store, do you even understand how it looks from the outside? If you don't care about customers, say so, don't waste our time.
It's not the first time a seller has been chatting on the phone and is in no hurry to put down the phone when customers come in. And they love to slip almost expired goods from under the counter, although everything is fresh in the refrigerator. See the timeline
There is not much choice in this product, and at prices it is relatively not bad, but it is also not good that something is more expensive than something cheaper.
