We ordered two windows from this company, on the loggia and a balcony block in the room. We chose this particular company because we conducted a very professional consultation, gave detailed and clear answers to all questions. Alexey, the technologist, who came to the measurement, measured everything clearly and to the point, and gave the necessary explanations! For this, I would like to thank the technologist separately!!!! But the whole impression was ruined by the installers who came to the installation, it's just TERRIBLE!!! It seemed that they did not come to our apartment to provide a window installation service, but we came to visit them!!!! Not to mention the choice of a mat and a "rzhach" like on a construction site!
As a result, the windows were installed, BUT the balcony frame was installed lower than the previous aluminum one, which made it necessary to trim the window sill for the wires from the air conditioner, which is not very nice!
The windows were installed, of course, but that's how the installers behaved, I only saw major repairs!!!!

I'm saying there are three of you and someone will help you download it. To which he told me that they already get tired when unloading, they say the windows do not revile themselves... Immediately, the whole impression of service and comfort was gone. The room is located in the basement of the house. By car, you can park in a parking lot 40 meters away. When you drive up to load, people leaving the LCD are already honking at you.Well, we did it with a size plus 20 mm, we had to adjust it.

I have been choosing a window installation company for a long time. I stopped at 3. Surprisingly, of the three companies, Comfort Industry offered the best price. I thought it would be the other way around. To my question "Why is this so?", they replied that we work for the number of customers, and do not try to cash in on every order. At the conclusion of the contract, we made an additional discount, which was another pleasant bonus. I think it's good, but maybe quality suffers from quantity? I have specially reviewed several videos on YouTube on the correct installation of windows. The installation guys arrived strictly on the designated day and time. But I am "prepared", now I think I will "get to the bottom" of the quality of the installation if something goes wrong.... Maybe it would be, just not on their shift! The guys worked quickly and harmoniously, everyone understood what they needed to do at the moment, understood each other without words... There was not a single question about the quality of the installation! As a result, I am very satisfied! I'm not a fan of writing reviews, but not in this case. I definitely recommend the company!!!!

They offered to fix their own problem for a fee))) As a result, they came to the office and began to swear. they promised to fix everything within a week (it was the end of October). I don't advise anyone. The quality of the windows is the same for everyone, only the service differs. And here the service is far from ideal

I really liked the work of the specialists of this company. I needed two windows. I called and told the dimensions, I was given a preliminary calculation (quite accurate). The application was accepted on Mon, the measurement specialist arrived on the same day at the agreed time. By lunchtime on Fri, the windows were already up. The installers did everything clearly, in a word, WELL DONE, they put all the garbage in bags and took it out to the trash, so they also swept everything behind them!!!!!!!!!!! I'm shocked!!! I want to say that this is not the first time I put PVC windows (I put them in another apartment and in the country), but frankly, it turned out to be maximum comfort for a low cost. Thanks!!!
