The opinion is twofold. I came to replace the spring - it was replaced. Moreover, I did not bring the original ones, but they were installed. They did a camber after that, asked to pay attention to the steering wheel to stay flat, came to pick it up - as if looking into the water: to drive straight, the steering wheel must be turned. The master "oh yes, I forgot to check, we'll adjust it soon," the locksmith began to tell about the downed rear axle and that the steering wheel is exposed from the second or third time... don't rub it in - just fix your joint. They practically corrected it the second time. I was very "pleased" with the price tag for plastic clamps on the caps - one ruble apiece! 8 rubles! Moreover, they did not coordinate it. I said I would pay, but we will assume that this is not the cost of clamps, but a premium for installing non-original springs.
There was another one later - it was necessary to replace the stud in the rear wheel. I brought 2 studs and 2 nuts (just in case). I was at the service station all the time of the repair. There were no questions for me. I pick up the car, I ask, where is the stud-nut of the second set? And they are bad, the slots are damaged, the thread is stretched, they sold you from raw metal, we put our own. I take the hairpins, go to the seller, he calls them, finds out how they were put, asks how they should be and explains to me about the violation of technology, that's why they were damaged. I'm calling the service station - they said something that they wanted to save my money, so they didn't bet on technology, we will refund the money. OK. One set was returned. That's not the question. The question is that I was at the service station and no one told me: this is how it is, we can do this or that. They just do it in silence and then put it in front of the fact, and even turn the arrows on others.
It stalled 30 meters from this service station. I went to the service station, described the situation and asked to approach the car to see what the reason might be. But his staff refused and "kindly" offered to drag the car to them, for example, to call a tow truck. In a word, customer care is "on top".

I stopped by to diagnose the suspension, because last year I was satisfied with the diagnosis - the master looked at it and told me everything in essence, nothing superfluous. This time I stopped by - there are completely different people there! What is at the acceptance, what is in the repair area. I came with a specific problem - a knock from behind on the right. First, they shook the car and determined that my stabilizer bar was knocking. But I replaced this stabilizer bar myself before the trip for diagnostics, because I thought that the problem was in it (I carry out minor repairs and maintenance of the car on my own). When I started to object that there could be no problems in the new LEMFÖRDER rack, the receptionist aggressively ran into me in raised tones with the words "What are you???? We found a problem for you, what else do you want from us??? Pay money for diagnostics!!". I suggested that they change the rack, because I still have one left. The master took off my new rack, went and screwed my rack into a vise to check, most likely damaged it himself and called me to show me that your new rack is defective. I put a new rack, shook the car - the knock, of course, remained!!! He went to look again and said that it was still the stabilizer bushing knocking. He asked me to look at my counter again, went, squeezed it in a vice and broke it completely so that there would be no questions for him. If the hinges were loose before, now they just hang out. I was tired after work and wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. They didn't want to release it without payment. I went and bought the bushings and changed them myself. The knock remained again! A week ago, I climbed further, threw off the shock absorber, the knock disappeared. The problem was the shock absorber cushion, it was knocking. So, let's calculate: 15p for the "diagnosis", 15p for the work on replacing the working rack, 60p for a damaged rack, 60p for the bushings replaced in vain (replaced himself). In total, minus 150 rubles wasted, time and nerves. I don't recommend going there anymore and I don't recommend it to you. I sincerely do not understand if a measly 30p is more expensive than reputation. You don't know, you don't know how, you can't do it - admit it, no one will blame you. But why blatantly lie, bully and break serviceable parts???

They called an hour later, informed that they had inspected the suspension and repairs were needed. I thought it was a normal hundred, but not.I went to repair the window lifter (the site advertises that they repair all car brands without problems), of course they did not do it, offered a replacement, they allegedly found a used one for 250 rubles, of course refused (I found it myself with a motor assembly for 148 rubles), along the way I changed their clutch cylinder,the price for the cylinder turned out to be 20 rubles more expensive than on the Internet, really such a large service station does not cooperate with several stores.During the calculation, they refused to accept a bank card for payment, under the guise that the terminal was not working, although when they left the car they assured that any form of payment (they specifically asked about the card), they also did not give a check, they gave a piece of paper application, in which the prices for work and spare parts were handwritten.I didn't swear, I just wanted to pick up the car as soon as possible and forget this place.Unfortunately, the prices for spare parts are too high, if you go to them, then only with your own spare parts and consumables.
