The Incognita Karaoke club in Astana has become a great place for us to relax with friends. The interior of the club is designed in a modern style and creates a cozy atmosphere. The club's menu offers a wide selection of snacks and drinks, as well as a variety of Japanese and European dishes.
But the main advantage of Incognita is its karaoke system. The sound was clean and high-quality, which allowed us to enjoy our favorite songs. The club staff was very attentive and helped us choose the songs and set up the microphone.
The atmosphere in the club was fun and friendly, which made our evening even more enjoyable. We will definitely return to Incognita again and recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

terrible place!!!, we came with our friends (after talking with the hostess about free seats, we had a table reserved for 3 people), we arrived and were seated at a table and later some men came and said that this was their table, the hostess could not solve the issue and put us at the bar! And then the bartender said that the bar was closing and there was only an hour left, although we were told that they were working until 6....We arrived at 2 a.m., NEVER SET FOOT AGAIN!!!

The staff is at the highest level. I liked the design of the place. We haven't tried the kitchen (we were at the event before). We had a nice time, sang from the heart.

We were at the VIP last night on January 12th.
1) It's terribly cold. There is a small fan heater. Shame.
2) Ordered - tom yam, Greek salad, pasta with seafood. The result - Tom-yam was waited for 1 5 hours, they forgot to put olives in the Greek, but they did not wait for olives. The octopus in the paste is completely chewable - that is, just like chewing gum.
3) Only at 1 a.m. the receptionist came up - for a check of 170,000, they gave Asti a Martini for 5,000 in apology.
Do not come here. You'll regret it.

The staff did well. Diligent. But it was cold in winter. For some reason, cold air was blowing out of the ventilation. And expensive. For 2 people, drinks and snacks came out 60k. Overall, I like this place.
