They called the pharmacy. Everything is generally excellent in communication. We were specifically interested in delivery.
We waited for this delivery all day, we were fed "in an hour, in an hour" then the man promised that he would definitely deliver it by the end of the day!!!!
I understand that this is probably the way it is done in Turkey. And, perhaps, if we had come ourselves, the attitude and the result would have been perfect.
I believe that the seller should not have promised delivery if they are not ready to carry it out. We just lost the day before departure, hoping for good faith
