Hello. The most inadequate company for all the time I have been applying for services in principle. Both the boss is inadequate and his staff. I have been working with this company for many years, as it was the cheapest service on the market before competitors appeared. As it turned out, it was not in vain. How many nerves were spent, my God, What is service and customer loyalty - they are not familiar with. Nowadays, especially in a megalopolis, this is unacceptable. If you pay them for the service, they still talk to you more or less, if you pay for one-time services (which by the way exceeds the amount of maintenance per month), they talk to you like a dog. They can be rude, threaten, not pick up the phone, answer for several days, they can basically throw it. A toxic company, and the relationship with it is the same. Thank God other companies appeared on the market, I found one, quickly, clearly, service, maintenance, everything is on the level. So also the prices are several times lower 😅 For this company, the delivery of 300 completed forms costs 15,000! The competitors have 5,000. At the same time, competitors are doing everything faster, better, and their service is excellent. Closing documents, just an invoice and an invoice 3500! Can you imagine? The competitors have 1000 Tenge. Plus, there were errors in work, violations in reporting. In general, if you want to save your money, your nerves and your time, I strongly do not recommend this company. I heartily advise against it.
