I am very disappointed with the service in this store. Despite the fact that there are two ticket offices, only one always works, which is why you have to wait in line for 10-15 minutes. There is no system or pointers, who is the last in line, every time you have to ask people — it is extremely inconvenient, make at least elementary pointers. There are simply no sales consultants on the trading floor, although the store is large. I would like to see at least some attention to customer convenience. The impressions were very unpleasant.
