There are no words, I had to do one thing to repair a car, but they did the other , they made money . They said they supplied only spare parts , but in fact a stealth and a cartridge . The director is behaving inappropriately. Denies everything , in general , the guarantee is up to the parking gate .
Good afternoon. I will never advise anyone to do this, they gave the car to look at the electrician to replace the dashboard and fuse box. They immediately asked to transfer 750 rubles. 2 months have passed, the car was not ready yet, we decided to drive up to see how the work is being done. Upon arrival, the car was not at the service station. It was located near the methane gas station in garages in disassembled form. Therefore, it was decided to take the car. According to the work done, only the fuse box was changed. The owner of the service station is not an adequate person at all. He can't explain anything calmly, everything is raised in high tones. As a result, we paid 750 rubles for replacing the fuse box. And he painted that he had changed the floor of the car. There are no qualified workers, it looks like only students. Therefore, I do not recommend this service station to anyone.
In no case do I recommend visiting this service, even if the car broke down nearby, it is better to order a tow truck or ask someone to tow it to another proven location.
So let's get started. One "beautiful" day, the car started up and stalled after a few seconds with a loud bang, the engine did not react to turning the ignition key anymore. It was decided to push the car to this service station because they were nearby. It all started well, the guys promised to look and figure out what was going on, while the diagnosis will cost 25 rubles. We agree. According to the diagnostic results, a breakage of the timing belt was detected and its replacement with all components is necessary, as well as checking the valves (motor 8-cl. VAZ). We agree to repair and pay for diagnostics. A few days later, phone calls are not answered, the car was standing still (but that's okay, weekends, holidays, etc.). After we answered the call, we are interested in how the repair is progressing and what has been done in this time. They replied that they were waiting for spare parts and began to disassemble the car, they could not say anything about the timing (the answer to the similarity is that if only the timing rollers and the antifreeze pump were replaced, then a day or two, if the valves were also changed and lapped, then a week would suit us). A car is extremely necessary, and it is not clear how long to wait for repairs, maybe an hour, maybe a month, maybe a year, no clear answer was received. We mentioned on the phone that such uncertainty does not suit us and we plan to pick up the car. Naturally, these words were perceived negatively by the employees of the service station. A few hours later we find ourselves at the address and are interested in what and how to do with the car. We are shown the ordered spare parts, namely the timing belt, roller, pump and (for some reason) the generator belt (replaced 1 month ago) by the famous company "Stellox" (the cheapest spare parts and the quality you understand). I am interested in why this particular company was chosen, and not something better, and why the choice of a spare parts manufacturer was not agreed with the customer. The answer was the most original: "Dear, I don't see the point in ordering another one!". Next, we inform you that we are ready to pay for the work done and pick up the car in the condition in which it is, the service station employees agree and name the amount to be paid 45 rubles. We pay for it. To make everyone understand right away, this amount was paid for the fact that they took out the torn timing belt from their seat and unscrewed 1 roller mounting bolt (they understood everything about pricing). To the question why they ordered the alternator belt, the answer is gorgeous: "And suddenly it will also need to be changed," I think the essence of the work of the service station has become clear to everyone. And now the most interesting part. The last time the timing belt was changed 3 years or 25,000 km ago, there is no living place on it (it was installed by Continental), and guess which service station it was installed on? That's right, "Inauto". As it turned out, neither the rollers nor the pump were changed, they were the reason for the belt break (the pump was wedged, and the roller was noticeably noisy and backlash). Why the rollers and the pump were not changed during maintenance 3 years ago remains a mystery, in any case, a qualified master would offer to replace these parts in order to avoid expensive repairs, but, as you understand, this is not about Inauto. This moment was also indicated to the head of the service station, to which he replied: "there was a 6-month warranty for this work, goodbye Dear, you will not prove anything." Avoid this place, there is nothing to do there.
