The food is not bad, especially sushi (if not raw) and hibachi, BUT the soup is not very good and there was some hard object in the sushi. The service is terrible, the waiter does not walk around the hall, does not clear the table and all this accumulates until she is told, although it is clear that the plates are empty, the establishment works purely for delivery, and the first thing they cook for her. I really liked the service and the food. The receptionist quickly found a place to have dinner in the evening, although we did not book a table. The food was served pretty quickly.
We ordered tom yam soup (sooooo delicious) and noodles with veal pad khi Mao, fruit casserole and tea.
Delicious, the portions are large. The staff is friendly.

A decent institution. The food is always delicious and appetizingly decorated. The price is not high. There were never any complaints in the institution itself, only the delivery became a little lame. We always ordered soup "Fo Bo with veal" at home, recently the beef is a little raw, some ingredients are missing, or on the contrary there is too much of something. Although everything is being prepared perfectly in the institution. But anyway, as we have visited, we will continue to visit. The staff is polite and attentive.

Rice is a bomb, ramen is good, and rolls are so-so, perhaps rice and ramen outshone them. BUT pho bo soup is love ♥️ Almost the same as it is made in Vietnam) and the price is pleasant for this product, the portion is large))

The place is good, but very crowded, you need to book a table in advance if you want to sit there. I can mention a very tasty cappuccino, they ask for 2.70 for 150ml - it's expensive. Tom Yam was appetizing in appearance, it tasted like broth, energetic, but again, the shrimps were alive, we did not find mussels there (although there is a mussel with a shell in the photo when serving). For Tom Yam 8/10.
Pad Thai noodles with chicken 400g - we waited 20 minutes, although then the waiter apologized. I didn't like the taste at all: the noodles were fried so much that they crunched on my teeth. There is a lot of oil on the bottom and noodles are floating in it. The composition contains chicken, but in fact there were pieces of pork. In general, the dish is just not mine, I couldn't finish it. I was terribly thirsty, the aftertaste from Pad Thai was such that I ate only butter. Pad Thai Score 1/10
Unagi maki 120g - the rice is cooked well, I liked it. 9/10

After writing the review, Inari contacted me via Viber and offered me a portion of Pad Thai on the house. Unexpectedly and pleasantly surprised by this kind of service. I will add points to them for this. 10/10

We order sushi all the time, we like everything. Inari itself was the first time. Pleasant waiters, suggested the menu. Good atmosphere inside. The dishes were not cooked for a long time. The dishes themselves are delicious and satisfying. We ordered noodles, but they turned out to be very salty (a lot of soy sauce). Sushi is delicious as always.

We ordered sushi today. The order was accepted, confirmed and warned that the wait would be up to 2 hours. Well, we agreed, we thought that in such cases they usually delivered to us earlier or on time. It's been 2 hours - there's no smell of sushi. We call, give the address and we are informed that the courier will be here any minute. Another 15 minutes pass - still without sushi. We call and say that if he does not arrive within 5 minutes, then we will not receive him in the future. The receptionist got worried, called the courier, then called back and started asking again about the address, about the composition of the order. It turned out they had another one recorded, and it had already been delivered 😂
Or maybe it was thinking out loud? I didn't understand. It was no longer particularly interesting.

Sushi, especially baked ones, are very tasty, but the service is disgusting. The last time they came at us for 10-15 minutes, no one paid attention, they took the menu themselves, because when we asked for the menu, we were ignored twice. After we were chosen, the waiter was called, but no one came out to us, they asked us to call the waiter again at the bar.
About a minute later, a girl came in, sat down across the table from us, the waitress came up to her immediately and brought the menu. And I stayed at her table, we sat for two more minutes and went out, I was very dissatisfied with the service!

Of course, it's wild to write about this, but we had a small conflict with a man whose profession involves settling conflicts.
Our reservation flew off after the administrator Olga could not get through to confirm (we did not receive an alert about a missed call).
Instead of apologizing or at least just accepting the order, Olga literally spent 15 minutes just proving that she had called. What she was trying to achieve with this is a big question, since our reservation fell off in favor of those who wished and at least one more table was available in the institution. There was a complete feeling that we were not welcome and they wanted to expose us with all their might. When asked directly if this was the case, she replied no, but said that the order would have to wait an hour. Despite the unpleasant treatment to our address, we still decided to stay and our order was prepared for 15-20 minutes. That is, the same time it took Olga to prove to us that she called us after all.
It was my first time in Inari. Apparently, for the last time.
P.S. I have no complaints about the kitchen and the waiter. Everything was delicious. Compliments to the cook, a question to the administrator
