Terrible dirty rooms with broken furniture and plumbing behind a beautiful facade. We spent 2 nights in room 303 (there was a reservation through a travel agency) then we moved. We looked at 3 rooms (303, 307 and 309) - all equally dirty. The only difference is in the localization of dirt: somewhere the wallpaper has fallen off and mold on the walls, somewhere the floors are swollen and holes in the linoleum. The towels are old, washed, and all stained yellow. Employees are not happy when they are approached with requests. There is a problem with hot water. There are no glasses and a kettle in the room. You can't call the reception: there is a phone, but there are no wires and sockets for it. It's scary to turn on the air conditioner - it's dirty inside, it smells of mold. They don't do the cleaning. During all this time, even the garbage was not taken out. The toilet paper, shampoo, gel are not replenished. The location is not the best either. For less money, we moved to the center- to the old town.
