I do stretching at this center. Janelle's coach. I am very glad that I have found a professional in my field, whom I can trust one hundred percent! Her exercises are very effective! For several months of classes, I see and feel the result! As a mother of four children, I had a lot of problems with my posture, back, and lower back, and women will understand.😃 While studying with Janelle, I actually forgot about my back problems. I really like this club. The best one for me. Coaches Akzhan and Andrey are professionals. Thanks to them, I became slimmer, more beautiful, and more positive. Thank you also admin. The girls are very nice, kind, responsible, friendly.

My favorite place for sports! Clean room, polite staff, panoramic mountain views from the halls, clean mats, the best trainers. Parking is a bit problematic, but you can find it.
