I've been going to this studio for 3 weeks. Before that, I went to another studio for stretching for a long time. I was attracted by the fact that there are strength exercises, stretching, and everything your heart desires. But, the attitude of some staff is just disgusting. We start the lesson with the words "get up", "hello" and "goodbye". We don't know such words at all, it feels like you come to a physical education lesson at a school / university where the coach doesn't care at all, spend the lesson and go home. The girl at the counter is polite, yes, but when you come for the first time, I wanted them to explain to you what is where, what to wear to classes (sneakers or socks) - all studios have different ways, what you need to say your last name to be marked, and why give this piece of paper at all if everything is marked online. I got my bearings only in the second week. 3 points only for strength training, the trainers are real pros. As for stretching, everything is sad there (it is clear that stretching is purely an addition to their main workouts. In normal studios, they explain where they should pull, if they don't pull, then they offer something alternative. Plus, there is a very high risk that you will get a muscle tear. There are exercises that need to be performed very carefully, not in full force. They don't say anything about it here. Let's end with the fact that they tell you to do exercises with your knee bent, and when you say "I can't, it hurts me," they say "I have to endure." It's totally trash. As adequate stretching coaches and masters of gymnastics have told me, ordinary people are not gymnasts, they do not need to straighten their knee during such exercises, then you don't pull where you need to, but just it hurts under the knee. If it hurts, then it should be straightened. In short, I can't wait for the end of my subscription.

In the hall, all the equipment is very tired, stretching pads are scary to even touch. Administrators go home, do not pick up the phone, the coach does not know how to accept payment and have to wait a long time for the issue to be resolved. There are not enough hangers for clothes, as well as storage rooms. Things are just standing in the locker room - take who you want. I strongly advise against it and will never come back here.
