In any case, the color turned out to be interesting. But as for the delivery... We discussed it and agreed that it would be delivered by 10:30. As a result, the birthday girl received a bouquet only by 13:00! They did not respond to messages for a long time, ignored the hour when they asked about the readiness of the bouquet.
They position themselves as a convenience store, but in the morning they managed to contact the operator only by 9 o'clock.
Conclusion: you can take payment on time and in full, but you can't deliver the bouquet by the appointed time.
I ordered a rainbow gypsophila through the website, because I was out of town with a disgusting bouquet, as if someone had taken it with garbage. The bouquet is called rainbow gypsophila, in fact 2 colors are beige and pale blue. By the way, the bouquet is far from fresh (I understand that these are dried flowers, but I have ordered gypsophiles many times and I can understand) the "white" flowers just turned beige. The bouquet is not large in volume, and due to the fact that it is dried, its stems are more noticeable, in general, a broom, not a bouquet. I wrote to the manager about it, he said that the bouquet could differ by 30% from the photo, I replied that it was not necessary to look for differences there, but for coincidences, which were few, and demanded a refund, they just started ignoring me.
I attached a photo as it should be, sent by the manager, and a photo of what was sent.
Great guys. Upon request, the site was quickly contacted via WhatsApp. We discussed all the details of the bouquet, the price, and the delivery details. Payment is online and the courier is already charged. The recipient was very surprised by the courier's gallantry. He handed it over, congratulated me, wished me everything as it should be. And he even took a photo, as we asked.
