In the first photo, it is noticeable that the middle finger is filed crookedly. At my request to fix it, the master reluctantly did it, but apparently nothing has changed. To which the master replied that I could do as I needed. I was also not very pleased with the service. I didn't get an answer on Instagram to sign up.

1. Loud music is playing in the salon, the staff is shouting over their business and problems throughout the salon
2.During the manicure, the master cut the cuticle twice, without at least treating it with antiseptic, and continued to work further.
3. Payment is made only in cash or by transfer to a bank card...I won't even comment on this ...
4. During the varnish coating, the master smeared the entire cuticle and fingers, everything went numb...
I paint myself at home, as it turned out ...
5. The procedure was not over yet, and the administrator with a mop was already washing the floor around me...service at 0
In the end, I came home and washed everything off, I had to repaint myself...
Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be extremely negative. During the manicure, I noticed that the master does not know how to do nail repairs at all. At the end of the procedure, instead of a high-quality coating, I left only the base, which looked very sloppy and left obvious stains. Moreover, I suffered injuries on my skin — there were painful cuts in some places, and cuticle treatment was carried out very roughly, which caused discomfort.
I also noticed the tools that the master used: they did not undergo proper sterilization and were a little rusty. This is extremely dangerous and unacceptable for the provision of such services. I have never encountered such a terrible manicure, and I am very disappointed with the result. I hope that in the future the master will pay more attention to his work and hygiene.

Today I came for a haircut in turn. I had to wait a bit, but I was completely delighted. They cut it cool, I couldn't even imagine that for a fairly small cost they cut it qualitatively. Pleasant masters and administrators!

The barbershop does not comply with the requirements for the processing of reusable manicure and pedicure tools from the word at all! There is no question of any sealed kraft bag with processed tools (a sinkhole, or an autoclave). Before the pedicure procedure, the tools were already lying disassembled on the master's desktop. Including: cutters, tweezers and DISPOSABLE nail file, buff and orange stick (on which traces of varnish from previous treatments were visible to the naked eye) Moreover, the DISPOSABLE gloves of the master were torn! And the master boldly began work, touching the client's skin with her bare fingers. Also, I want to note the fact that the buff fell to the floor, after which the master picked it up and put it back on his desk! I think this attitude towards clients is negligent and dangerous to health! I would like to remind the administrator and the director of this institution that there are san pin standards, where the rules for processing REUSABLE tools are clearly spelled out. Also, all DISPOSABLE material should be disposed of after EACH customer, and not used repeatedly.
And if you provide the stated services for which you charge money, be kind enough to work according to the rules!
By the way, there is also no question of issuing a CHECK for cash. They just don't give him away there. After paying and handing out the change, the administrator just turns away and goes about his business.

The administrator of this institution works completely dishonestly. I ordered a time on the phone and specified the cost of work on hidden tinting for my daughter. They announced 40 rubles to me.
When I brought my daughter to the hairdresser after school, I gave her 50 rubles with the administrator and the master (in any case with a reserve) and asked if this was enough. The administrator flipped through the price list for a long time, then only showed the figure to the master on the calculator and the master nodded approvingly in response.
An hour later, an excited daughter calls and asks me to bring more money, because the administrator already demands 69 rubles from her.
When I drove up 5 minutes later, my daughter met me with a request not to swear, because she was charged only 50 rubles. I decided not to write my claim in the Book of Complaints and Suggestions yet, but only because my daughter asked for it.

Today I came for a pedicure and again the same master (I don't know the name, dark long hair). I thought maybe I was wrong that this was a master of nothing. But still, I was convinced of her unprofessionalism. During processing, she damaged several fingers, poured some kind of remedy and did not even remove it later when she began to paint her nails.
The painting is terrible, it does not paint the nails but the toes.
I don't understand why they take such masters to the salon. This is a huge disadvantage and unfortunately one of you may also end up in her hands. I hope that the authorities will sort out this horror.
