Master Anastasia visited the studio on 10/26/2024 at 15:00. The master worked with an already used orange stick, rust was visible on the manicure tool. In the first photo, it is noticeable that the middle finger is filed crookedly. At my request to fix it, the master reluctantly did it, but apparently nothing has changed. To which the master replied that I could do as I needed. I was also not very pleased with the service. I didn't get an answer on Instagram to sign up. I do not recommend this place

Loud music is playing in the salon, the staff is shouting over their business and problems throughout the salon 2.During the manicure, the master cut the cuticle twice, without at least treating it with antiseptic, and continued to work further. 3. Payment is made only in cash or by transfer to a bank card...I won't even comment on this ... 4. During the varnish coating, the master smeared the entire cuticle and fingers, everything went numb... I paint myself at home, as it turned out ... 5. The procedure was not over yet, and the administrator with a mop was already washing the floor around me...service at 0 In the end, I came home and washed everything off, I had to repaint myself...

I can't find the previous review, but that's okay, I'll leave one more. I sent my mother for a manicure, signed up for a specific master, and ended up with another one. When asked why they didn't warn you that there was another master, the answer was that this was the master you wanted to see. Okay, let's say. The treatment is terrible, the cuticle is torn, the cuticle tongs are rusty!!!! Administration, please pay attention to the tool of the masters and the fact that it is impossible to stay in the barbershop, the clothes rack is near the hairdresser's chair, the emergency exit is blocked.
