I went to Karina Kutkova for a facial cleansing, I had a layer of skin removed. It seems that the master has not yet figured out the difference between peeling and cleaning, the result is terrible.

I contacted the salon by phone on 03.01.2024 in order to make an appointment for coloring.The administrator offered to come for a consultation with Ekaterina 04.01.2024 at any time before 21:00 in order to evaluate the work, see the available color, length, etc., I warned that I would arrive right closer to 21:00, to which the administrator responded positively and after they hung up the phone, I immediately received an SMS that I was recorded for some reason on 08.01.2024 at 9:00. I arrived on 04.01 at 20:20 and the administrator answers me that there is no one else, and does not know why they answered me like that and who! I was adjusting, I was looking for someone to leave the child with so that I could make it, and then there was such a surprise. It all looks not professional, the staff are not attentive and not competent in their business! The other administrator did not even try to figure out the situation, just stood there and spread her hands, no clear apologies!If you value your time, nerves and beauty, then I recommend girls to look for a more professional salon in their business!
