The gym is good, well-groomed, the equipment is serviced, a good warm-up area with a variety of fitness accessories, there are pleasant little things that make training more convenient: colored pancakes, it's very convenient when you're looking for the right weight from afar you can see what you need, and it's cool that large-diameter pancakes, especially those who make gluteal the bridge with a barbell, the locks for the barbell are also convenient.
Of the minuses: the lack of a cooler with water, you can only buy, this is a straight fat minus, since for me access to water is already the base for a modern gym, because someone can drink a lot during a workout, and there is simply not enough water in a bottle brought with them. And also hang a rubber license plate bracelet on the keys, it's inconvenient to carry these barrels with you, it's easy to forget and lose among other things. Otherwise, I liked the gym, I was at a trial training session, but I go to another gym because of the location
Without exaggeration, it is the best gym in Malinovka and the South-West.
It wins in terms of area, variety of machines and equipment (the most popular installations are duplicated). I have not seen some devices anywhere else in the city.
If you want to do a bench press, you can do it there in 10 different and identical ways, and not wait in line.
Cardio is an extensive set. There are a lot of tracks, bicycles and steppers.
A boxing bag is hanging, and makiwara for uppercut are fixed on the wall.
A bunch of different rubber bands, expanders, handles, trx loops, fitballs, in general, there is a lot.
Also, a very nice little thing is the clamps for the rod - plastic quick-release. No ticks, or nuts, or other inconvenient junk.
The scales are cool.
Plus a huge locker room and a shower room.
Water is sold locally, inexpensively. And in general, the price of classes is adequate.
P.S.
A year later, I change the review, the gym has objectively become worse and the previous one is simply irrelevant.
1) Introduced the FaceID system. Due to the cheapness of the solution, the system is extremely dumb. Recognizes faces with difficulty, you have to get used to it, adjust to it. He won't let you in with a hat anymore. For comparison, in our office, the FaceID system recognizes both in a hat, with and without glasses, with and without a beard, and even in a mask.
2) The fattest minus: this did not happen before, now in the evening from 17 it is simply impossible to go in - people are allowed without a limit, the management in pursuit of profit apparently does not care at all that it is impossible to train when there are 1.5 people per square meter in the hall. You come in like at a train station, everything is busy, it's not really possible to work according to the program. Wild queues for simulators, what I managed to grab. Accordingly, everything began to break down more often.
We'll have to change the gym.
There is everything you need for training and even more. The hall is constantly being improved and refined.
By cons from previous comments:
1. A lot of people - yes, there may be a lot of people in the evening, but this does not make the hall bad. There are enough simulators for everyone. I solved this problem for myself, I train in the morning, fortunately they open early, you can catch up before work. And there is a lot of air and very few people.
2. Someone has little air, someone has a lot. Everything is individual and you will not please everyone, but you can always approach the administrator and try to solve this problem with him.
3. Water. It's completely ridiculous, no one bothers to carry a bottle of water with you and not depend on external factors.
Everything else is the individual wishes of an individual who passes off his desires as the desires of a large group of people...
