Not the most polite staff. Usually, rather harsh men work at tire repair, but here it feels like a slight dislike. I had to stop by to do simple jobs, so I can't judge the full service. As for sales and so on, I can't assess it objectively. But the employee who performed the installation work was clearly not happy about my visit. Maybe it was a coincidence. However, this is a service. I didn't have to wait for the time, I was the only customer at that time. The work has been completed in full. But I watched the process and it was clear from an unprofessional look that the employee was not very protective of my car. I threw the bolts as they were, inserted the wrench carelessly, without fear of damaging the coating of the discs.
To summarize, I want to say that the work is being done as expected, but the attitude is poor in detail. If you regret your car, ask to be careful. There are also several tire shops nearby, maybe they have a different approach.

good evening...If it would be possible to give a minus 1 rating, then I would...I'll start with the main thing. I ordered disks and tires from this company for a total of 1,165 units. I specified all disk sizes...accurate to the millimeter ....it didn't arrive at all......I definitely specified the year of production for the tires (this is important to me) 3 wheels arrived in 2023 and 1 in 2024 .....it's not real to get through on the phones (more precisely, it's not real until the money is paid) then forget it. You will not receive a cash receipt.They don't have any discs or tires...all photos are copied from other sites. if they promise to deliver in 5 days, then multiply by at least 2 (in my case by 3).The issue has not been resolved at the moment...They don't get in touch, they don't pick up the phone..

I do not recommend this office. ..in August, we ordered discs. The correspondence was conducted , they said they were going , as a result , they waited two months . Every time we referred, we will find out information about your order and call you back, but we never called back, we had to call ourselves, then they answered. The staff is not competent . The employee Sergey did not pick up the phone . Every time we found out where our order was . As a result, they didn't even make it , maybe the SERVICE DIDN 'T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO MAKE IT ???? It was just lucky that there was no prepayment .. . So the winter would have passed and there would have been no disks . I do not advise you to contact us here ... Save your time
