I've been training for the second year. I like the atmosphere in the gym, the team, the convenient training schedule, the professional approach of the coaches. Classes in the group are fun and productive, there is enough attention for everyone.
I especially recommend individual training sessions for the most effective mastering of the technique. I train individually with Anton and Alexey.
From experience, MMA classes have a great effect on the heart, lungs and figure, not to mention the mood 😉

I work out by myself and with my family, there are no age and weight restrictions, training is suitable for absolutely anyone for any purpose! The workouts fly by unnoticed, everything is very interesting! There is an individual approach to each, everything is according to your desire. The hall is equipped at the highest level! Equipment can be bought right there for a reasonable amount. Convenient location, changing rooms, good ventilation! Excellent coaching staff, professionals, and many of them are active athletes! I would like to mention Coach Anton for his charisma, eloquence and, of course, stunning beauty.
