I came to this club from scratch, I had never practiced martial arts before. It was a little scary at first, but the friendly atmosphere and experienced coaches quickly helped me get used to it. The training program is diverse and includes all aspects of MMA: striking, wrestling, grappling and functional training. Separately, I would like to mention an individual approach to each student. I've been training for the second year. I like the atmosphere in the gym, the team, the convenient training schedule, the professional approach of the coaches. Classes in the group are fun and productive, there is enough attention for everyone.
