29,11,2016 I bought a set of underwear , a pillow, a blanket,when buying I relied on the seller's explanations , this is the second purchase in the store, I was assured that the product could be changed, when on 01,12,2016 I asked not for a refund, but for an exchange for a more expensive one with the condition of an additional payment, I was refused guided by a new resolution, why there are no text warnings, why was I just deceived, they did not give me an answer, the money will be forgotten, the disappointment of deception is not present I do not recommend this store
