We often rested in the pizza empire in Karakol, we always liked it, but lately it 's getting worse and worse, last night was the last straw ! We waited for the menu for 15 minutes , the waiter for half an hour , barely shouted to some girl , she was an employee of the company , asked to take the order and she did not understand us , as if from another planet , went to call the waiter , guess how long the waiter came ? And they didn 't come up at all , everyone was running around in the hall , fussing , the manager was called , ordered , I went for the order myself after waiting another 20 minutes , can you imagine I asked the waiter that they would take out ready-made drinks to me ( turned into a madhouse ) fruit tea was tasteless , it turns out the honey was over, but we were not they warned and did not offer an alternative , I'm not talking about lemonades and other nuances , while everyone was banned from smoking on the veranda , saying a fine of 5,000 som , to the question where can I smoke? The manager answered on the street! The incompetent administration did not even deign to explain the situation properly and apologize for the ruined evening! Believe me, we were not the only ones who were unhappy there!!!
Today, around 11 p.m., my mother and I decided to have dinner at our favorite restaurant, where we go quite often. But this evening turned into a nightmare that cannot be forgotten. The service has exceeded all limits!
We waited for the menu for an endless time and, in the end, had to take it ourselves. My order, tom yam soup, was brought cold, and the rice was so old that it was crusted. I ordered peanuts, but after 5 minutes the waiter returned with the news that it was out of stock. After asking for the bill, we received the change with a shortfall of 6 som and without a check. To my remark, the waiter, with an obviously contemptuous look, brought a 10 som coin, as if we had been rendered a huge favor.
Having asked to call the administrator Nargiza, we were faced with complete disregard. She was standing with the waiters, and only after my persistent approach deigned to approach. I explained our terrible experience to her, but she replied with an arrogant look: "They brought you 10 som! And about the soup and other things, if you don't like it, we can't help you." And without listening to me, she turned around and left.
At the exit, we again expressed our dissatisfaction with Nargiza, to which she aggressively replied to my mother: "Who are you anyway? I know everything about you!" Her words were so unexpected and absurd that we were simply stunned. Such behavior is unacceptable for the administrator, who obviously has no idea about professionalism and respect for the guests.
The ethics of communication, knowledge of the restaurant business and the ability to work with people — all this is clearly not about Nargiz. Unfortunately, employees like her spoil the image of this wonderful restaurant. Our whole evening was ruined, and the last straw was the aggressive and incompetent administrator Nargiza.
And, as far as I know, providing an account without a cash receipt is a violation of the law on the tax constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The prices are good, the menu is good. Everything is delicious.
There were few visitors, but they waited for the order for a very long time.
Service - there is a lot to grow.

A pleasant place. Popular. They cook delicious. There are tables both indoors and outdoors, as they say, for every taste. The waiters are polite and efficient.
One of the disadvantages is that when there are a lot of visitors, you have to wait a long time for the dish. Neither the cards, nor the World, nor the Visa were accepted during the calculation. They were allowed to pay in rubles, the change was given in som at a predatory rate))
If you do not want to spoil your evening, do not go to this place in any case. Fall for the interior and the menu. But because of the quality of service, the impressions of the institution are the most negative. And that's why:
1. We went in, stood and waited until the hostess came up to us and led us to the table. No one came up. It was evening, but the landing was less than half it seemed to us. They went deep into the hall themselves.
2. We sat and waited for the waiter for 5 minutes. At least to bring the menu. No. I had to go and ask for the menu myself. Three people came up at once. One of them introduced himself and said he would be our waiter. He was not seen again that evening.
3. 10 minutes after we chose our dishes, I asked the passing waiters several times to find our waiter, to which they listened to the on-duty "ok" and at the same minute my request was forgotten and the waiter ran on about his business. As a result, they "caught" a passing "waitress" (then they regretted their decision very much).
4. In general, I "recorded" the entire order. After a while, she returned and said that there was no lemonade ordered, we agreed to the usual juice. I will return to this point later in the text.
5. I brought the order without rice. There were no cocktails until this moment. Okay, we ate the hot stuff. The children did not touch the chicken, they decided to wait for the rice. The waitress disappeared again. We barely waited. They asked about rice. She didn't remember about the rice at all. I went to find out. And she disappeared for about 10 minutes.
6. I went to the bar to find out for cocktails. Mine were standing at the bar and the bartenders said that they had been ready for a long time, the waitress was not picking up. Okay, I decided to wait for her to bring it. I asked about my wife's cocktail, the bartenders said that there was no such thing.
7. The waitress returned, said that the rice was being cooked, something was mixed up in the kitchen. When asked to bring cocktails from the bar, she answered in the affirmative and disappeared. As a result, I went and picked up my cocktail myself.
8. I approached the bartenders with a request to make a second cocktail for my wife. It turned out that the sangria was over. OK, let's have an aperol syringe. At first, our waitress unsuccessfully tried to punch her at the checkout, but failed. Then he went to the other one, maybe she was more agile. But no, it turns out that the aperol syringe is not driven into the base. My wife is already in a bad mood.
9. The waitress brought lemonade from some fright, which she said was not there. They refused to pay for it, because they had already drunk the usual juice and this one would no longer fit.
10. When they were about to leave, they brought a baursak, which they generally thought they had forgotten to write down.
11. My two cocktails were missing from the receipt, I asked to add them to the receipt myself.
In general, this is the worst trip to a restaurant that we will remember for a long time. I definitely do not recommend the place.
I was in the Empire for the first time a couple of days ago and was disappointed, the service was very weak, they waited a long time for the waiter, then they went to look for themselves, came and wrote down when asked to advise some lemonade, the waiter said that she had not tried anything here 😅
