The hotel is a solid four. The location of the hotel is excellent. There are green spaces, flowers, palm trees all around. The hotel is located in the city center, you can walk to the white tower, mosque, shops. The rooms are large and spacious. The furniture is new, the TV is new. The air conditioner is central with a control unit. The beach is nearby, wide. There are plenty of sun beds with mattresses, there are always free ones. Cons of the hotel: the air conditioning in the restaurant is weak, it is always hot in the restaurant. The prepared dishes do not reach the level of 5 stars. There were no cheesecakes or casseroles at breakfast, the porridge was cooked tasteless, there were no delicious soups at lunch. The big disadvantage of the beach is that it is located next to the city beach and no boundaries between them are marked. On the first coastline of the beach, people from the city beach are constantly lying on towels and swimming on the hotel beach too. And after 16 hours it is impossible to swim, as locals come and the sea is just crowded. In general, we are satisfied with the rest. But we wouldn't go to the hotel a second time.

We rested for a week in May.
The city center, you can walk in different directions in the evening, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants. The magnificent sea is slightly invigorating, the views of the mountains are fantastic!
The territory is not fenced, walking tourists and locals pass by. There is a swimming pool, without heating. The spa is normal. We went for a massage. The staff is nice and friendly.
The food is so-so, the choice is poor, everything is the same, the dishes are poorly washed (they drank from disposable glasses, and the plates and utensils were looking for clean ones among all the dishes.
The latter greatly spoiled the impression, as well as the mood.
In general, we went "without complaints", mainly to swim and sunbathe, we coped with these points perfectly😌😍 The weather was gorgeous, in the evening I just wanted to put on a windbreaker.

This is 3 stars maximum. We had a rest from September 30 to October 12, 2024. The room was booked through <url>. Immediately overlooking the sea. We were happy with the room. The view from the balcony too. This is the only advantage.
Cleaning was done every day, but complaints were sent that the cleaner enters without ceremony immediately after knocking. Half past eight in the morning... But then she started coming in without knocking at all. But she cleaned up.
Nutrition.... visually, yes. There is something. You can fill your stomach with something. In fact, sub-products: chicken butts with bones on the back, fish heads, watermelon rinds. Cutlets and meatballs are NOT meat. And soy. Mashed potatoes are instant, like a Doshirak. There are huge queues for coffee and juices in the morning. They are often given in paper cups. The dishes are all terribly dirty. Lots of flies!!! They are on the cup, in food, drinks.... By the way, for their own, they look at the cups, dirty or not. It's just the attitude towards tourists. THERE WERE NO IMPORTED DRINKS FOR ALL 12 DAYS!!!! The locals, by the way, are normal. Some of the bartenders on the beach made good cocktails. But they were always in dirty clothes. On the beach there is a choice of turkey, chicken, this soy a la meat, Turkish salmon. Not everything is always available. But sometimes it is decent, and sometimes it is over-dried. The gyuzlems are delicious, but the girl who made them always behaved as if she personally deigned to do us a favor out of mercy. She was throwing eggs for breakfast. Everything was constantly in flowing yolks.
There are visually a lot of sun beds on the beach. But half of them are for $30 a day. To know the usual ones, people borrowed at 6-7 in the morning. They keep some of the sun beds on the pier for someone there.
Aaahhhh.... Yeah.....there was also a holiday on our street when the wives of the hotel directors came and then there was some kind of their boss. We saw that everyone was dragging something for him to sign. That's when there was a whole fish. And even the fruits are normal. And the next day, after the wives left, we were given watermelon crusts. Well... a little bit of pulp. But without the tasty part.
IN GENERAL, THEY WERE FED LIKE PIGS!!!! In the truest sense of the word. Waste.
On the beach, drinks are in paper cups, the cheapest, which flow in 10-15 minutes. Right on top of you and your towels. AS it should be, the water has plastic, but it's special and strong... handsome and not so good... it seems to be available, but you have to ask very much.
There is practically no animation. There is only one animator, he spends some kind of pain there, and a disco in the evening. Just music on the 4th floor. There is no show, no water gymnastics, yoga, etc.
There was no rudeness from the reception, bar staff. However, from Svetlana's guest relay too. She just came up with an arrogant grin and mockingly asked if everything was okay. It seems to be her job. But there is a nuance))) then she mockingly clarified that they complained about plastic cups and fish heads, but now there were mugs and a whole fish. Yes!!!! For the top five!!!!
I liked both a la carte restaurants. But there are not enough places in them. Because!!!! They don't work every day. And not 2 at once. Because the staff is the same.
In general, NO WAY!!! YOU REQUIRE A REPLACEMENT FROM THE AGENCIES if you have already paid. Does not meet the proper requirements for the provision of services. If you are still thinking of booking, look at something else. I've never seen such a piggish attitude anywhere else.

The location of the hotel is probably the only thing that can be noted as a big plus! The view from the room is a bomb!
Now on the downsides, there is a feeling that there is no air conditioning in the hotel, there is no air in the hotel lobby, our room is at 10 degrees, it makes noise like a train, but there is almost no sense.
Everything is beautiful on the beach, sometimes it smells like a toilet, then sewage, but in the evening also be ready to swim with local Turks - teenagers, moms with children and so on. They are all allowed in and no one is kicked out. At 19:00, everyone is kicked off the pier, furniture is put up and there is a paid bar.
There is nothing bad or good about the food, chicken, chicken, Dorado, chicken - everything is like in other hotels.
The most interesting thing is the disco, which should end at 00:00, but in fact almost until 01:00 and then listen for another hour as people disperse or leave for a nightclub, employees carry carts and furniture. We were lucky enough to live in a room right under the disco, an indescribable feeling.
The pool is not big, but it is good. If only the employees with the punch didn't spoil the mood! How can you say you can relax comfortably if walls are being hammered under your ear and repairs are being made.
The hotel has no territory, there is zero animation!
The restaurant on the 4th floor of the view is not for you! This is a paid restaurant!! On the first day we arrived, there was live music with a 2000s repertoire in the bar on the 1st floor, but we liked it, the guys tried their best.
The Kazakhs are half the hotel, the girls are all bathing in dresses. By the way, the disco is also trying for them 🤷♀️

We arrived at night, there was no greeting. The room is old, mold in the bathroom, dirty gray towels, accessories: only soap, ear sticks, cotton pads, hats, slippers. The food is monotonous, there is no seafood, only salmon tails and burnt mackerel. Internet is only available in the lobby. A great salon. The staff covers the sun beds with a towel and sells places on the beach.There is no entertainment program, only a disco on the 4th floor and artists sang twice. The location of the hotel is good. The staff is polite. The Turkish restaurant was lovely, only the chicken kebab was dry. One of the advantages is the entourage of the hall, the first coastal one, the sea is within walking distance.
The rest is all solid disadvantages - there is no cleaning in the rooms at ALL! Towels were changed only if you asked!
There is no hygiene kit in the rooms (shower gel, toothbrushes) they are only for VIP guests!
At the reception, the staff is fed "breakfast".
The maids are rummaging through the guests' belongings! We will see such a picture with our own eyes when we went up to the room! The maid was rereading our money!! As it turned out, they have this situation every day, police calls and disassembly are normal.
The hotel management told us - what do you want us to compensate or pay for?! If there are no prints of her, then you will be charged for defamation!!

The kitchen is monotonous, what remains from yesterday is mixed and spread again.
Although the hotel is 5 stars ultra... You can only bet 3- !!!

We had a rest with a friend at the hotel from September 12 to 25. We were satisfied with the rest, but I will write everything in order. The main advantage of course is the location of the hotel and its proximity to the sea. Two minutes and you're on the beach. The sea is clean, deep, transparent, the water is warm - super! The beach is a large pebble, you can't go into the water without coral slippers, so we always swam from the pier. In that part of the beach where there are sun beds, sand. A bar with drinks starts working from 10:00, burgers, pizza, etc. are prepared from 12, so we never went to lunch for two weeks.
The city center is also very close to the hotel.
The hotel has a SPA with sauna, hammam (for guests free of charge) and various types of massage. Special thanks to Hussein and Ismail for a wonderful massage!
We got a good room, everything worked, there was no smell of sewage, as many write. Excellent sound insulation.
The staff at the hotel is polite, attentive, friendly.
Now about the cons, although by and large they were not very annoying. The hotel is of course "tired"... and very dark. It is dark in the corridors, there is clearly not enough overhead light in the room. There is no cleaning, it comes down to taking out garbage and changing towels. The floor doesn't seem to have been washed once judging by the amount of sand.
The food in the main restaurant is for three. There seems to be a lot of everything, but on closer inspection there is no variety. All the time chicken and thirty-three kinds of eggplant. Seasoned salads and compotes at breakfast are often sour. A lot of flies.
But since we didn't come here to eat, we were satisfied with the choice of the hotel.

The rooms are spacious, towels and linen are changed, but the floors did not seem to be washed.The food is normal, I'm not picky, but everything is included on the 5th ultra, it doesn't pull. I didn't like the distribution of coffee and tea:the bartender gives out at the counter and there is always a queue, because at the same time he gives out beer, wine, etc. Drinks.Coffee does not brew itself, but a coffee machine, therefore, it would be better to put a coffee machine and kettles separately and the guests would pour themselves, as in others. The location is very convenient - 2 minutes to the sea, to the city center, to the market - nearby. The beach is clean, sandy, only 3 meters of shore and the same amount in the sea, apparently, is covered with pebbles. We went into the sea from the ladder on the solarium. The water is clean, despite the proximity of the ship parking. On the beach, as always, there are drinks, ice cream at certain hours. The food was very tasty and varied. They gave ALL possible fruits, with the exception of cherries and strawberries. The rooms were not cleaned very carefully, but I noticed that this was happening everywhere. The staff is friendly, not always Russian-speaking. There is practically no territory of its own. It houses the verandas of bars and a small swimming pool, but it has direct access to the sea. My friends and I liked it!

I had a rest from 11.03 to 03/21/2024. Everything is great, the hotel opened the season on 03/01/2024. At first it was unclear about the food, there was little choice, but it was delicious ..., then slowly the concept began to adjust. The food was delicious. The juices are very tasty, served both in the bar and in the restaurant, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The kettle and tea in the rooms, the cocktails at the bar are excellent, the staff was more impressed, and the attitude, and the cleaning in the room, I don't know about others, but I was lucky. There was no animation, but when there is good company, no animation is needed. I was in Kemer for the fifth time, in Turkey - I don't remember how many times, I don't think more than 12, for sure, but the staff surprised me. Happy birthday, decorated the room. I want to point out that the guys at the reception are also great, but especially the guys at the bar. Arif is just a miracle, such a wonderful man. I am delighted with him. And also... A Russian-Turkish TV series was filmed and is still being filmed at the hotel, it's such a cool thing. The entire film crew lives in the hotel. If you are interested, I recommend it, it will be interesting. You can also star in extras. From 04/01/2024, the hotel switches to ultra all inclusive, as they said when leaving the hotel.

My daughter, 12 years old, was poisoned. The only plus is the beach is good, the hotel is located in the city. There is no private territory. In general, the hotel is for pensioners. Families with children have nothing to do at the hotel. The receptionist is cherninky, speaks English very rude. Unfortunately, I don't know the name.

The hotel is gorgeous, we really liked everything. I disagree with the reviews above.
The food is good, there is always a choice.The appliances were always clean on the table on a napkin, the staff always goes and keeps the tables clean, and is interested in what to bring from drinks.
The staff is friendly, they will never refuse. Room cleaning every day, change of bed linen and towels every 2 days. The only thing is that there are few Russian-speaking staff in the hotel, but you can always find a common language.
The air conditioner was working, the room was large. The sound insulation is excellent, we didn't hear anyone in the neighboring rooms, and outside the door.
The sea is clean despite the fact that there is a marina with yachts and boats nearby. No one kicked anyone off the beach in the evening, we sat many times until 2 a.m.
The beach has its own bar and restaurant where delicious food is served and everything is included. The bar was replenished in the room every day. A hammam and sauna with a swimming pool are free of charge for those who stay at the hotel. The hotel is beautiful, instagrammed. We got an aesthetic pleasure from the look of it inside.
Yoga and aqua aerobics are held every morning. The animator from the hotel always invites you to the elite clubs of Kemer for concerts, takes the transfer from the hotel for free, and they will never give offense at the club.

I rested for 7 days at the Turkiz Imperial Hotel at the end of April 2024, visited Turkiz Spa&Wellness daily.
I immediately noticed the atmosphere, high customer orientation, and later appreciated the quality of services. I did a 1.5 hour massage at Fatma's every day, she does a great hot stone massage and flex massage. I have problems with my back because of sedentary work, so in her magical hands, in 6 sessions, my back has found a new life! I even slept better! She meticulously works through each clip, and after her work you feel great. The condition of the skin is a separate additional bonus - the skin is satiny, delicate, the tan lies flat.
I definitely recommend this place if you really appreciate the quality of services.

We are staying at this hotel with children. The little one is 3 months old. The room cleaning level is at 0!!! You have to run after the staff and ask them to clean up, replace towels, remove garbage, bring paper and soap. Bathroom accessories (cap, discs, cotton swabs, paste, brush! No!!! We arrived at the hotel on 06.06.2024. They wanted to check us into a room. We went into the room, and there are huge cockroaches, about 2 cm, still small ones running around, kids can see, in general it's terrible. They asked for another room, they didn't give us one, like now we'll remove the cockroaches and check in. I have never seen such an attitude in any hotel. The hotel is urban, there is no territory of its own, if it is needed. When leaving the hotel, you get into the park area. There is an exit to the sea through it. It's not far to the sea. The beach, where there are sunbeds, is sandy. The exit to the sea goes through large pebbles. The water is the purest.
Towels are provided on the beach. There is also a bar where you can get drinks and snacks.
Further next to the hotel there is a large Playground (plus for vacationers with children) and up the street shopping malls, shops.
The food is varied and delicious (but everyone has an individual taste, so others may not like it).
The staff is friendly, speaks Russian. Russian is understood better than English.
The room was with a sea view, quite spacious. Nice more balconies. Cleaning was daily (towels were changed, water was put on)
Of the minuses, if you need a good Internet, Wi-fi works, but it only loads messages. And sometimes there were not enough cutlery, you had to look for them.
But these disadvantages are not so critical when you enjoy the views and the sea.

The tables are dirty, with crumbs, poorly wiped, the staff is in no hurry to clean and set the table for the next visitors. We must ask them to remove it. Room: a very small refrigerator that cools the water a little, the shower valve is torn off, the shower stand is broken, the TV remote did not work, and the air conditioner did not work!!!!!. At first, it just worked as a fan, then hot air began to blow, as it turned out, the air conditioners did not work in the entire hotel. We and other tourists had a sauna in our rooms. It was possible to ventilate only by fully opening the balcony door and the front door at the same time. In response to complaints about the non-working air conditioner, they replied that they would fix it in an hour, in 15 minutes, 10 minutes, etc. and nothing changed. And so for 4 days. At the reception, in the restaurant, in the hotel lobby, it's stuffy everywhere, i.e. in the whole hotel. The hotel has almost no Russian-speaking staff. One Olga, who works at the reception, during the day and not every day. Rooms are poorly cleaned. You come at 6 p.m., it's not cleaned yet.
From a good hotel beach. Spacious, wide coastline, lots of sun beds, not close to each other, there are always empty seats. There is a pier with sun beds and umbrellas. Upon entering the hotel, you immediately get into the steam room - the air conditioners in the common areas are turned off or barely work. Attention - the month of July is outside: 40-43 in the afternoon, about 30 degrees in the evening. In the hotel itself, it is dark in the evening - saving money.

The dishes in the restaurant are dirty, the restaurant itself looks untidy, crumbs on the tables, traces of food and drinks, flies are flying. Plus, all this is accompanied by the aforementioned stuffiness. At 20-58, dishes with food are served right out from under your nose - the principle is that if you don't have time, you're late. To be honest, I have never seen such shamelessness in any hotel. The food itself is like in a bad dining room. There is no variety at all - rice and undercooked potatoes every day. The choice of dishes is very poor. There is no coffee machine for breakfast, you have to stand in line for coffee.
Many dishes are not signed. There are also no sweet pastries, croissants, porridges for breakfast... this is generally sad. I saw how a restaurant employee poured the remains of one salad into another and mixed it, right in front of the guests. My appetite disappeared immediately. All this situation causes a persistent feeling of disgust.
BARS
The lobby bar is almost never open. On the beach from 10 a.m. Drinks - beer, cocktails. The beer is watery. There is also ayran hidden somewhere in the bins in cups, but you can not find out about it, everything is hidden from human eyes. The beach bar is not bad, well equipped. There is no pool bar.

They gave a room on the 1st floor of Sea view- music is rumbling outside the window, it is impossible to relax. Of course, you can hardly see the sea, but you can see the noisy promenade with thundering music.
I asked to change the number, even agreed to a lower category - in the process I realized that the kondey barely works. The room is stuffy terribly.
The bathroom is tiny, the shower is covered in rust, there is a smell of sewage and the constant gurgling of water in the shower.

In the hotel, almost all the staff does not even speak English. Young boys work, probably right after school - apparently cheap labor. It is impossible to find out anything. But just today I saw how the beach staff took away pillows for lying down from vacationers, tore them out from under their heads - someone put them on a sunbed for convenience. It was very aggressive and inappropriate - after all, these are hotel guests!

We were a family in July 2021. of the advantages, the location of the hotel is 3 minutes to the sea, there are shops nearby, in the evening you can walk near the park. There were enough sunbeds at sea for everyone, they were delighted with the bungalows if they managed to take a place, the child liked to jump from the pier, and then there were some disadvantages. The cleaning is terrible, the linen is changed if you ask and you need to control it, not everything can be changed, the air conditioner works terribly in such heat, you can say no stronger than a fan. The music is playing very loudly, even with the windows closed, you can hear everything. A separate topic is the dining room, I read the reviews and they are truthful, the food is almost all cold, and what is cooked with you is not all edible, for breakfast there are not fried pantages and raw scrambled eggs, freshly squeezed juice only in the morning and diluted strongly with water, coffee is simply disgusting. The management needs to work very seriously on nutrition, there is no desire to return.

I rest here every year.A wonderful hotel.But not for holidays with children, there is no habitual movement for children here.A great vacation for young people!!!
