Very nicely located with caring staff and cozy rooms.
Only one thing wasn't to my liking, people singing karaoke on the first floor after 10 pm,was a bit too much.

We have stayed here several times and the location is very central within Minsk, and the staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. I would recommend it to anyone and will continue to return.

The hotel is comfortable.
The rooms are nice, clean, and the location is convenient.
Good breakfast buffet!
Karaoke is open in the evenings, it was quiet on the third floor, the noise and singing could not be heard.
The effect is stronger on the second floor, it was noisy)

We booked rooms in advance!
We confirmed in correspondence all discounts and room prices, the number and status of rooms. And when we arrived at the place, that's where it all started) suddenly they had a different price, without a discount :))) and they haven't recorded their promises of a discount for us either. One number somehow became cancelled. I had to restore everything to them and show them the correspondence and agreements on the price and rooms were restored.
It's good that I had a chat with them.
The number was eventually found. I really had to stress out. Especially when you come with a large group 😅😅😅
And it's strange that the elevator goes from the first floor directly to the third. There is simply no button on the second one. You have to go up and down on foot.

The hotel in Minsk left the most pleasant impressions! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, especially pleased with the customer—oriented reception - all issues were resolved quickly and with a smile. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the cleaning was carried out daily and very carefully. Breakfast is a separate delight: varied, delicious and with attention to detail. An excellent choice for those who appreciate comfort and care. Thank you for a wonderful stay, especially on the 8th of March! I recommend it!

It's very ambiguous. Very. The hotel itself is very nice and clean. The mattress is a little soft for me, but it's very good. It's not a bad hotel. The rooms are beautiful, everything is clean and cozy. The location is great, in the very center practically. The breakfasts are decent, the restaurant at the hotel is not bad, with room service, which is very convenient. The only negative in my opinion is the lack of a refrigerator in the room, there is a minibar that does not cool anything. For groceries, you need to go down to the refrigerator at the reception, which is absolutely inconvenient.

Lovely rooms - cozy, nice, clean, everything is there. Polite staff, delicious food in the restaurant. There is an opportunity to add breakfast, join an excursion, visit a spa salon, a nightclub.
The sound insulation leaves much to be desired, because through the door you can clearly hear what is happening in the corridor. Conversations in the next room can also be heard at night.

Excellent hotel in the very center of Minsk, very conveniently located. Previously, the hotel was much better! I chose this hotel because of the interior, the beautiful veranda, the excellent location and the high-quality service. Now, everything is different with the service. I booked the hotel for the weekend in advance (27.09 to 29.09). Due to family circumstances, my husband could not come with me and I contacted the hotel IN ADVANCE with a request to reschedule my booking dates for the next weekend. To which I heard utter nonsense! The reception specialist began to claim that she had discussed this situation with the hotel's sales department, where they refused my request. But when I asked for the reason for the refusal, the answer was that it was a confidential secret! That's it. I think this is not a service and just plain ugly towards a customer who has been staying at this hotel for several times.
In the end, we went so as not to lose money. There is a nice smiling girl at the reception, the rooms are clean. There is no staff to help with heavy suitcases. Breakfasts are as usual as possible. I was terribly hungry and after the accommodation I ran to the restaurant at the Catch Hotel. They refused to serve me there, saying that they had a banquet and they didn't have time to prepare a salad for me. It's also a big joint... not in favor of the service. In general, by some miracle I managed to place an order in the room in a couple of hours. I waited for my salad and bruschetta for almost two hours. All this time, I called the restaurant and clarified the information on my order, to which they told me every time, "I'll call you back." I believe that if a restaurant does not have time for hotel guests, it somehow needs to be warned in advance, or in general, not to cooperate with the hotel. Pros: the waiter girl who brought the food to the room is very nice and pleasant, the food is incredibly delicious, the alcohol is on top.
If it wasn't for the restaurant's food and pleasant waiters, I would have given the hotel 3 stars.

An ordinary hotel, you don't have to expect anything special. The standard room is not big at all. In fact, the room only accommodates a bed. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, there are shampoos/shower gules, etc. There is also a parking lot, parked without any problems.
The building houses not only a hotel, but also other unrelated organizations, and there is a strip bar on the top floor, so it will be loud and fun on weekends.
The staff is friendly. The hotel is located in the very center of Minsk.
In general, if you booked just to spend the night, then for this money it's a normal option!

Everything looks expensive and rich. Cute girls meet at the reception. And the room is not bad, though it's too small for a deluxe. But why is it so cold? If you can set the temperature in the room to a good plus, then there is a breeze from the window in the bathroom. What else struck me was that you have to wait a very, very long time for warm water in the morning (and not from the earliest) in the shower. In January, even if it's not frosty, taking a cold shower and an icy bathroom in a hotel is not the cheapest pleasure.
Breakfast: if you arrive at 8 a.m., then there are no problems. Everything is available, there are no queues. But if later… Then you can see empty plates with sausages/cheesecakes/pancakes.… And the lack of coffee cups. It will take a long time to wait. I would like to have the appropriate level for that kind of money. At least insulate the rooms, and make changes to the shower stall so that when leaving it, a puddle of water does not form on the floor.

Nice hotel in the center of Minsk. Clean, beautiful, air conditioning, TV, decent bed and bathroom. knot. There is a parking lot and its own restaurant. For a buffet breakfast - 900 Russian rubles per person. The restaurant has a digital Internet menu. Everything can be paid with a Mir card. It is a pity that the hotel does not have a normal refrigerator (there is nowhere to put perishable food and cool beer). The staff is good. You need to get used to the electromagnetic lock in the room. All the electrics in the room work if the key card is inserted into a special "socket" located to the right of the entrance.

Great hotel. Wonderful friendly girls at the reception! The four of us had a rest with the children, we booked a suite. Everything is clean and beautiful.
A large room
Clean bathroom, no hint of black mold anywhere, as in most hotels.
The sofas for the children were laid out and shot in advance (special thanks for that)
Hygiene kits for four, although many hotels do not provide them for small children!
The room itself is clean and beautiful, comfortable, everything is thought out, a large TV and air conditioning are not overhead (which allows you to create an optimal temperature and not freeze children)
The price is generally excellent for such a service.
I can safely recommend it!

A wonderful hotel! There were 3 days. Two adults and a 10-year-old child. The family room is on the 3rd floor.

The beds are comfortable
Everything works
The air conditioner can be turned on for both cooling and heating
Tea and coffee are available in the room - in the evening after long walks - that's the thing!
They clean it every day.
The only drawback is that the hot water in the faucet and shower becomes hot only after 4 minutes.

We liked the hotel very much, we can say a chic hotel. They are cleaned well, water, tea, coffee are all there, they report every day, shampoo, gel, dental supplies are also new every day, bathrobes, slippers are available. Good location. Beautiful reception area. High-quality thick bathrobe in the room. The audibility from the hallway is high. There's a normal connection between the rooms, I didn't hear anyone. Massage, striptease is in the hotel building, I didn't see anyone suspicious, but the hotel definitely doesn't suit the family type. First, they gave me a room on the 4th floor, where there was a smell of smoking and other excesses. But they replaced it with a clean room without any problems.

I am currently staying in this hotel.
Everything would be fine and I planned to write a positive review...
I'll start with a positive one.:
1. When booking, the staff promptly answered my questions.
2. The interior corresponds to the stated (modern, clean rooms).
3. Check-in took place promptly, we arrived at ~20.00.
4. Acceptable breakfasts. Payment at the reception is 30 Belarusian rubles (payment the day before). In the morning, the payment is already 35 b.r. in rubles at the restaurant itself, taking into account the conversion of 1101.45 rubles per person.
The unpleasant thing is...
we were settled between the 2nd and 3rd floors (room 203). I asked why on the lower floor, because the description said that the rooms of our category are located on higher floors and the location is important to me.
THE MOST TERRIBLE THING!!! Our room was audibly as if the bed was located in the center of the karaoke club, which is located downstairs.
Whether I will come to this hotel OR NOT!
Will I recommend it? NO!
P.S. There are no complaints about the staff. Friendly and welcoming.

Please note that the hotel and the restaurants (declared as "at the hotel") are "different organizations" and "do not guarantee anything to the guests." Breakfasts are very poor, lunch and dinner are not guaranteed to you, as well as karaoke, because you may not be among those allowed to special services.
Even the room service may refuse you due to the "workload of the restaurant", again in special service.
In fact, it's just "for sleeping," and it's not worth the money. There are MORE INTERESTING options.
We lived from 29.12 to 02.01. All the time UNTIL the New Year, we listened to music from the "special service" until the morning. 01.01 the owners of the hotel decided that the guests did not need entertainment and everything began to work until 23.00, and not until 4 a.m.
The main thing is the refusal of the hotel administration to admit wrongness and unwillingness to resolve the issue from the word "absolutely".

I stayed in Martha for five days. The current shower cabin is a problem for all hotels who don't choose a bathtub or save on materials.
Standard room: awesome bed, mattress, pillows, clean, fresh linen, bottled water, tea, coffee, sugar, cups, glasses in the room.
Towels are too small for me personally, if large, then please use the bathroom)
Location: 10-15 minutes walk to the center, near grocery stores, have a snack, everything is at hand.

For some reason, on our 4th floor, the light turned on at the request of higher powers, the door had to be closed and opened, highlighting the lock with the phone. The room is clean, tidy, royally, slippers, bathrobes, floor-to-ceiling Windows. There is a large bathroom, but the minus is a leaky shower stall. After the shower, there was a good-sized puddle. Somehow, for a palace, perhaps, this is not very royal. There is tea and coffee in the room. A refrigerator with a mini-bar. Perhaps I will note the location of the hotel. There is a restaurant, a bar, karaoke and a hookah bar on site. We lived on the 3rd floor and it was not noisy. We chose this hotel for the New Year holidays, and "to put it mildly" we were disappointed.The hotel has a restaurant with three halls, in which we have not been able to eat once these days!Special maintenance is carried out every day, the room service is not valid, on January 1 they refused to book karaoke, as the DJ will not come out .There's nothing to do at the hotel for such a lot of money!from entertainment, however, there is a striptease, so every evening from half of the rooms there are oohs and sighs from those who use these services , therefore it is simply impossible to fall asleep and relax .
Three-course breakfasts !apart from good coffee, there are no advantages, the food is running out , the next portion should wait 5-10 minutes , so the buffet should not work , and for such a lot of money!
The hotel's rating is minimal. If it weren't for the lack of places in other hotels, I would never have chosen it again, it's not worth my money!
When problems arise, the girls at the reception blink their eyes, and only when they realize that there is going to be a scandal, they begin to solve the issues!

The hotel is gorgeous. The staff is responsive and professional. I will definitely come back again. The only thing that upset me was the breakfasts. If you don't come by 8:00, then there's just nothing left. Everything is delicious, but there is not much choice. And I wish there was something on lactose-free milk.
