The largest in Karlovy Vary. 4 stars, not five as many people think. Everything fits. They even sell their own original resort drinking cups at the hotel. An interesting feature of the hotel. There is a room upstairs where the President of the Czech Republic stays. At this moment, the national flag of the Czech Republic is flying over the hotel instead of the white one with the hotel logo. If you see this flag, you are lucky to live in the same hotel with the President. There is an administrative building to the right of the hotel. It contains all the management of the group of hotels owned by the holding. There is an outdoor tennis court. In winter, they are covered with an inflatable roof. Gyms and fitness center. Private swimming pool. A beautiful and well-maintained private park in front of the hotel. In the evening there is a very beautiful view of Karlovy Vary.

Basically, I like this hotel... a good place, a large database of procedures, cozy interiors.....always delicious desserts in the cafe Vienna..... but the most important thing is the stunning view always, at any time of the year and day....

There were two adults and two children. Beautiful hotel, great location. We had a room with a view of the city, it was nice to fall asleep and wake up with such a view. Delicious food and a very nice dining area. The hotel has 90% of Russian vacationers. And all the staff speaks Russian.

I didn't like almost anything. The staff is unfriendly, everyone has faces - as if I owe them something. An elderly nurse is angry and inconsiderate.The inattentive attitude of the doctor at the first appointment. They advertise treatment of the musculoskeletal system. In fact, there is practically no treatment.
