Outwardly, the hotel is good, but the staff is incompetent, One price was negotiated upon arrival - they paid for 3 days, after 3 days the administrator changes and demands a higher payment than it was upon arrival and demands to pay the difference for the 3 days already spent, the previous administrator does not answer the phone. The maids do not change towels or clean the room. All the locks in the hotel open without a key, I lost some of the things from the room, as anyone can safely enter the room without a key! If the light goes out, then the water goes out. The water temperature changes 3 times per second from boiling water to ice water. The only advantages of the hotel are the beautiful wrapper and the low price.

Great hotel. They will do everything for the guests!!! We had a family vacation, we had not been to Angren for 32 years, we were honored guests for the hotel staff!
