Of course, there were several private clinics on the list, but it was not possible to get into them. It turned out that if a clinic or hospital is on the list of their services, then I can't count on all types of medical care. The list of services that I can use has not been provided to me, every time I need something, I have to contact them and clarify whether it is included in my contract. They also respond for several days. It seems to me that they are just luring money out of people and in fact do not help them in any way. I paid 700 rubles to the company and I can't even go to the dentist for an examination on insurance. IN ANY CASE, DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY FOR MEDICAL INSURANCE.
I signed a contract with this company twice and there were no complaints before: all points of the contract were always unconditionally fulfilled. I signed the contract for the 3rd time.

The company does not comply with the terms of the contract, moreover, employees, when presenting information, do not even bother to study it. Compensation for payments is delayed, deadlines are negotiated, taken from the ceiling, not prescribed in the contract. Some unimaginable examinations are prescribed according to the doctor's conclusion, provided to the office in the original!!!

2. To get directions, you need to prove that you need to go there. Not always, but when the recording is repeated, the jokes begin. For example, if we do not write this down, then we do not compensate - you ask for the point and the rules - they throw off a paragraph of the rules that is generally unrelated to the situation.
3. Communication with employees is not pleasant, there is no desire to help from the word in general.
I am served by another company from work, and the child from my husband works in this one, so the attitude in both heaven and earth is not in favor of them. I do not write the name so that they do not shout that these are competitors) in general, game, next year I will enter the child to myself, we need to get rid of this office
