A great company for those who are looking for non-standard tours in Armenia! Imagine Tour organizes interesting and exciting events that will be remembered for a long time. I attended a tea ceremony in the Azat Gorge and a photo tour of the grape harvest - both tours were superbly organized. Attentive guides, beautiful locations and atmospheric events. I am very glad that I chose them for my travels. I highly recommend it!

We went hiking with imagine tour, excellent tour organization, and most importantly, cool guides, very kind, responsive, told a lot of interesting things!
I really liked the route, the guys organized a picnic, made coffee, we rested and moved on with renewed vigor)

I went through them on several tours and excursions. For the first time, the guide said to pay for tickets at the ticket office at locations where there was a paid entrance, and in the description of the tour itself there was no information that tickets were not included in the price. The tour was in an old minivan, the interior was tired and dirty, there were no headrests in the back seats, and the car itself threatened to fall apart on every bump. At the end of the tour, we were taken to a dubious "restaurant" where prices were x2, the staff was rude, tasteless food, flies in the room. Checks were not issued there (the amount was simply written on a piece of paper), cards were not accepted (which of course you will find out during payment), the prices on the menu were written in pencil, so there is a suspicion that the guide has agreements with the "restaurant" and, perhaps, his own benefit, and such prices are exclusively for tourists.
For the second time, I decided to go with them to Jermuk, since I did not find excursions to this city from other tour operators in the near future. And what a mistake it was! For some reason, the organizers combined our group with a hiking group, it became known at the time of departure. We stopped by minibus an hour's drive from Jermuk and parted with the second group, which went to the mountains. We were supposed to meet them at the same place at 19:00, but we had to wait for them for TWO whole HOURS! I wrote to the organizer that we have been waiting for a very long time, we are tired and want to go home, but the organizer not only did not offer any solution or compensation, he did NOT even apologize! I just wrote that hiking in the mountains is unpredictable, it's probably difficult to calculate the time. SO WHY COMBINE THEM WITH A GROUP THAT CAN ACCURATELY CALCULATE THEIR ARRIVAL TIME? I did not receive an answer to this question, the organizer did not answer me anymore.
In general, if you want to pay for poor service, then this is the place for you. I do NOT recommend it to others.

J'ai fait plusieurs excursions avec l'équipe d'Imagine Tour et à chaque fois ça a été des expériences inoubliables !
La montagne de Khustup avec concert de piano en haut, les ailes du très ancien monastère de Tatev, la ville de Kapan, les magnifiques rivières et montagnes vertes du Lori, le lac Sevan et le cimetière de Noratuz et la route magnifique vers Dilijan, un ancien avion soviétique le long de la rivière Hrazdan au moment de la golden hour, la mystérieuse forteresse Bjni, le volcan Ajdahak et son magnifique lac ainsi que la route pleine d'aventures qu'on a suivie pour s'en rapprocher, la montagne Aragats et ses vues INCROYABLES depuis le pic sud et ouest, le télescope abandonné de Heruni avec une nuit à la belle étoile pour voir de magnifiques visions de la lune et des constellations grâce au télescope, le lac Arpi et ses alentours qui font penser a l'Ecosse... Bref, j'ai participé à une excursion, puis ça ne s'est pas arrêté ! Les guides sont très sympas, certains parlent anglais donc c'est top (merci Samson Karapetyan ;)
Tout le monde est de bonne humeur et a à cœur de faire découvrir leur vécu de l'Arménie qu'ils chérissent tous, en racontant des anecdotes chouettes.
Mention spéciale pour les repas qui sont la représentation du traditionnel pique nique arménien avec Lavash, herbes vertes, fromage fumé, sukjukh salé, tisane des montagnes avec son gata en dessert et bien sûr... Le café !
Chaque excursion est un peu différente mais elles apportent toutes leur lot d'aventure et de surprises !

I recently went on tour with the guys. Good organization and sincere company! Friendly guides were with us, creating a good mood during the trip. My impressions were very positive, I will definitely return to other tours.
