But if you make a barbecue, it is better to buy some kind of barbecue separately, since cooking in the barbecue area is not very comme il faut, the coals there do not really want to flare up and constantly go out, you have to constantly wave a fan. At the launch stage of the house, the elevator was constantly out of order, and going up to the 9th floor, and in fact the 10th with a stroller and a watermelon, is such a pleasure.

A beautiful complex, but..nothing works - there is no light, no water and the promised gas, the complex is almost empty, there are units living there who, apparently, simply have nowhere to go. The light is sold through some employee of the Criminal Code (no one knows where the criminal code came from, no one chose it). This appointed employee sells light for 6 t.l.- quiet horror.. at the same time, it is constantly being cut down and those few residents of the half-empty facility climb to their floors on foot along dark and for some reason untidy stairs after repair. There are also serious interruptions with water - after all, without the pump working, there is no water. Residents are perplexed by everything that is happening, because, to repeated appeals to ilkem yapi, a clear answer has not been received when the complex will be connected to the central electricity system. I must say that the patience of the apartment owners is running out and they are ready to initiate appeals to both Ilkem Yapi company and the mayor's office, as well as to the court, because they cannot fully use their apartments.
