We had a family vacation - 5 people. The room allowed everyone to stay. Clean, cozy. The convenient location of the hotel is very close to the sea. The hotel staff is attentive and caring. I recommend it!

We were vacationing with a friend in June 2023 in a two-room room 1. Of the advantages, I want to note: the room is spacious, the view from the room is on a quiet street and a mountain, there is a kitchen-dining room in the hotel, not far from the sea and in general everything is nearby ... BUT! We were greeted extremely inhospitally by the administrators, talking "through the lip", they gave us gray toilet paper, which is for a ruble, the refrigerator is old and leaky, the shower room is very small and there is nowhere to put anything-not to hang. III "the cherry on the cake" - after our departure, we were accused of stealing bed linen🤷♀️ All the same "hospitable" administrators! How do you like it?!) I think you've realized that you need to stay at another hotel 🤷♀️

At the moment we are in this hotel, I can't say about changing the bed linen and cleaning the room, because we are here for the 3rd day, but there is no Internet access completely, and yes, the dining room opens at 9 o'clock...I would like to add that for 10 days of staying in this hotel (guest house, Hotel, loudly said), the room was cleaned only 1 time, on the fifth day, along with a change of bed linen. On the plus side, not far from the beach, and there is a more or less decent dining room nearby.

The check-in was in early August. The room is average. Air conditioning is only in the living room. But you can live like this. The cooking room worked very strangely. The room cleaner slept there until 9:00. If you were going to go somewhere earlier, then you should eat and warm up somewhere else. What was she doing during the day that took her so long to sleep? Having had breakfast in the dining room of the USSR, he was poisoned. Therefore, before leaving for the airport in the morning, I suffered all night with my stomach. Because of this condition, I accidentally left my phone on the bed when I left. When I discovered this, I was already at the airport. They called the hotel . And of course we were told that nothing was found when cleaning the room. Although later I tracked the phone in the hotel before it was turned off . So, when leaving, you will be careful. This episode crossed out everything normal that had happened .

The mini-hotel is so-so, gray, we rested in July 2024, the standard room was with a broken toilet lid and a jammed toilet door, which is located a meter from the bed.Cleaning and changing of linen are not done by themselves only at personal request.The kitchen starts at 9 a.m., so if you get up earlier and go to the beach, then you go to the beach.A grade of three!

We rested for the month of June 2022. The understanding and friendly , very nice hostess of the hotel . Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely receptionists can make oriental coffee on the sand ☕️ (For a nominal price).🤗 Every morning breakfast is the most delicious porridge I 've eaten ! Thank you to the sweet, bright woman cook!The breakfasts are very hearty. I tried homemade feijoa jam for the first time, it's very tasty! ☺️
The hotel is mini , that 's what we wanted . We lived in a double room with my daughter. The room is small , modern, clean (Thanks to the lovely cleaning lady Susanna, it was always clean and tidy), the room is nice , cozy - price / quality. We didn't have a view from the window.
The hotel is located in a quiet location and next to the sea 🌊 3-5 minutes and you are at the sea )
There are shops, cafes, canteens, souvenir tents, and a pharmacy near the hotel. Within walking distance you can walk to the market.
We had no problems with Parking, we put it next to the hotel. But the space is really small .
The cool parrot Arkasha lives in the hotel.the children are delighted with him!
If the hotel is considered as an economical option, this is a good hotel.

Excellent rooms, everything you need for a comfortable stay is there, friendly staff, always clean and cozy everywhere.We moved into a 2-room apartment, there is air conditioning in one room, plasma TV, 2-chamber refrigerator.There are shops near the hotel, canteens, cafes all around, the sea is very close, 300 meters away.We will definitely use the services of this hotel again.Thanks to the staff.

The mini-hotel is located in the center on a quiet street. Fresh renovation, breakfast. There is a common area with tables. There's a kettle and an ironing board, tables, chairs. There is no washing machine. There is no parking, but you can arrange with the locals for a fee.
Now about the two-room room with the number 6. In one room there is a double bed of the most terrible quality, although it does not look worn. On this bed, it constantly slides to the center of the bed. This is a design feature. In the second room there is a folding sofa and another bed with a mattress. The most terrible room. There is an industrial air conditioner on the outside of the wall, which hums and vibrates so that the walls shake. He works from 8 a.m. to 22 p.m. It's not really possible to relax there during the day. Lovers of sleeping in the morning are also passing by. The distance between the buildings is 1 meter, there are no views from the window at all. There's just a dump in the backyard. Some kind of incomprehensible thing with light bulbs, blinking, lighting up for a long time, and so on. This mini-hotel is not suitable for everyone.

We lived in the dates from 28.04 to 06.05. 2022 Mini guest house,3 floors, on the 4th floor fitness.Audibility from the rooms, it's not real to relax during the day, music all day from fitness! We had a two-room suite, for two.The bed is extremely uncomfortable, the mattress is soft, rolling into the middle. In the second room there is a creepy old bed, a blanket is covered.Bed linen will be changed for you, unless of course you contact the reception, towels are changed every 5 days, again on request.On the ground floor there is a shared kitchen, microwave ovens do not work, there are kettles and an electric stove. The rooms are equipped with a TV and a refrigerator.We had breakfast in different places, there are a lot of them here. There are canteens and cafes for different budgets.In general, the impressions of the hotel are not sooooo, when choosing, pay attention to the year of renovation!

I can't help but write about such a wonderful hotel as Ilios. This Mini-hotel with warm and helpful staff, with an excellent location in the city center and delicious breakfasts left the most pleasant impressions for our whole family. Special and huge thanks to the girls for the wonderful breakfasts, for the approach to each client) The men were full and satisfied :) The rooms at the hotel are cozy and clean. We lived in a 2-bed 2-room room, immediately from the room there is a terrace with mountain views - the view is wonderful. 3 minutes walk to the sea, ideal location. It seems to be close and at the same time quiet, you can't hear music from bars and restaurants - it's beautiful. This hotel is suitable for families with children and young people. Especially for young people who love a healthy lifestyle and sports. Since this hotel, which is very rare for hotels with this location, has a gym with good new fitness equipment and personal trainers. It is very comfortable to practice, air conditioning and music - what else do you need?! Greetings to Arkasha, the most wonderful parrot, hummed and whistled in the morning)) I liked everything VERY much, we will definitely come to you again!!!

I really liked it. We were in May, it's not the season, but that's why, I think, all the attention and care went to us. The hotel is great, no matter what anyone writes. If someone didn't lick their floor with their tongue every day, then it's probably people like that themselves. It is very clean and tidy, the linen is perfectly white, the beds are not pushed together, but one huge bed, without any "surprises" in the center. The dishes are perfectly clean, there are refrigerators everywhere, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, hot water, super fast Wi-Fi.. Even alcohol can be bought without leaving the huge dining room.. The rooms were a little small, but that was a plus when you wanted to turn on the heater. And in general, you don't come to Abkhazia to sit in a room, I think.. So it's quite cozy to relax after the sea and excursions. You can go out to the recreation area (for our 2 rooms on the floor, there was this area), drink coffee on the sofas, smoke a hookah..and of course Arkasha's parrot, it's a feature of the hotel😍In general, you can't write everything..

We had a rest with my daughter, from 08/21/2021 to 30.08.2021 in the 2nd room, gorgeous mountain view🥰
I liked everything, the breakfasts are varied, we had porridge with a bang!! Good staff, polite. The WiFi was just flying, we communicated via video communication with relatives. The street is quiet, close to the sailor for 3-5 minutes at most.

We rested in June for 10 days, the weather pleased us)) the hotel occupied a family room, during the entire stay the room was never cleaned, the only thing that was changed was the bed linen and by the way, it says on the website that a fruit basket and a bottle of wine will be waiting in the room, so neither one nor the other 😁

Not a bad location. But it's sooo cold out of season. The walls are also very thin. We couldn't sleep half the night because a very loud lady was having fun with a gentleman behind the wall. Another night, a dog barked in a nearby area. Whole. Night. Arkady, a big talkative parrot, lives in the shared kitchen.
