We have been vacationing in this guest house for two years in a row. In June 2022, his family, and in July 2023, two families of friends were also brought here. Everyone liked the rest in this guest house very much, we still remember everything with warmth and want to come back again. Excellent maids Valentina and Maria, thank you very much, the hosts are very friendly people, they were there as friends, they will show you everything, tell you. I was vacationing with my son in Ilfi Panorama from July 6 to July 21. The guest house is located on the outskirts of the city and on the mountain.There is a wonderful view of the mountain and the sea.I am delighted with the view.The room itself is great.A large bed, a huge bathtub.Private access to the balcony, where you can sit in silence.The room has all the amenities (air conditioning,TV, kettle,mugs, hairdryer, table with chairs and various small things).The room was cleaned every three days, the cleaning is excellent.It was always clean.Laundry every 5 days.The linen is snow-white.
The Wi-Fi was just flying.I don't have that speed at home.
If necessary, the administrator Maria solved all my questions and problems quickly and efficiently.A pleasant woman, and most importantly, a professional in her field.He knows how to find an approach to each client.
It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the sea at a slow pace.There is a shop nearby where you can buy everything you need (dairy products, vegetables and fruits, groceries, etc.).You can pay for goods by transfer or by card.There is a dining room next to the store.Very tasty homemade food.The prices are very pleasant (salad 180,coffee 60,cheesecake 40, chicken soup 120,porridge 40).There is a pizzeria across the street.Very tasty pizza and khachapuri (all 300 each).The beach is sandy and the sea is clean.There are few people.It takes about 40 minutes to walk to the city center.There are minibuses (30 rubles).
Taxi from about 200 to the center.
My son and I really liked Sukhum and Ilfi Panorama.

A beautiful place, excellent for your money, you can see the sea, you can run to the beach from the slide) the kitchen on the street is large, everything you need is there, a large veranda surrounded by beautiful wildlife, a shop nearby, a pizzeria across the street, 15 minutes from kilasuri station, a local Apatkha institution, very tasty first courses and Local people! At prices 2 or even 3 times cheaper than in Sochi. In general, do not come here so that everything stays like this!!!)))))

I booked from 16-23 through the Ostrovok app, made an advance payment of 7,200 rubles, a couple of days before leaving for Abkhazia, it turned out that I have a debt and a ban on traveling abroad of the Russian Federation, unfortunately I could not lift the ban in a few days. I had to cancel all bookings in Abkhazia. All the owners returned the prepayment in 100% amount, although I asked for 50%. And this hotel didn't return anything. Although the cancellation was made 10 days before arrival to them.
Therefore, think carefully before booking, the owners are not loyal people.

There are a lot of advantages! Ilfi Panorama is a three-storey cozy house surrounded by trees - cool in any weather. Rooms with high ceilings, modern, bright, very cozy! So in bad weather there is a place to pass the time with pleasure! Sea and tree views, parking spaces, evenings can be spent on the beautiful veranda on the ground floor above the ravine, or on the balconies on each floor - there are tables and armchairs. There is a cafe nearby where you can eat delicious food at an affordable price. There is also a store where non-cash payments are accepted, which also pleases with prices. Also within walking distance of stop pizza, where every evening we took with us the tastiest pizza for 300 rubles with suluguni cheese and dough that melts in our mouth.
Special thanks to Valentina, the household fairy. She is very responsive, friendly, will help with advice and business.
The hosts are the nicest people, very charming and hospitable! They will tell you everything, they will show you. It's nice that you can buy homemade wine, chacha, cognac, rum from the owners - everything is very tasty and fragrant! The beach is not very close, but it is sandy, clean and sparsely populated, besides we were by car, so we were not inconvenienced by its remoteness. We are very happy with the rest, only delight! We definitely recommend visiting:)

We booked this supposedly guest house at a very low price for Abkhazia, 2900 a night. They promised beautiful large rooms, proximity to the sea. What is in fact: the room is small, Wi-Fi barely worked, basic hygiene products are not provided (buy toilet paper yourself), the bed does not change, you can not eat anything in the room-a fine, allegedly ants will be, the water pressure is weak, Towels can not be taken to the beach and hot springs - a fine, there is something similar to a summer kitchen, but the dishes there are completely unsuitable for cooking: pots and pans from the time of the king of peas, black mold on the cutting board, since the boards are wooden. We were by car, only this made it possible to get comfortably to the sea, the hotel itself was located high on the mountain, the ascent was almost vertical, this was not mentioned when booking. They also took a deposit of 3000 upon check-in, which was not mentioned at the time of booking, this is in case something breaks. They returned it to us, but I'm just warning you for future tourists. In general, I recommend the nn hotel in all respects, the greed of the owners is off the scale, and the price tag is rather big. Look for an alternative so as not to spoil your vacation.

We were a family in September. I really liked it, it was very cozy , clean, beautiful, green. Honey and homemade wine can be purchased.The location is very convenient, 7 minutes to the beach, there is a shop nearby (everything you need is there), and a cafe where you can buy pizza and khachapuri. The location of the hotel is indicated in the description, it was necessary to familiarize yourself before booking (it says 430 m from the sea), but I am generally silent about the "vertical ascent".
The deposit is the norm (especially here it is small - 3000 rubles).If you take into account the owner's response to your comment on the Tweet, which states that you broke the inventory, you should be grateful that you were not fined. About hygiene: you can not eat in the rooms- there are no rules for insects; room cleaning and linen change takes place every 5 days (if necessary, you can ask the staff to clean the room any day), toilet paper and shampoos are always provided in the room (you can also ask the staff for them).In the end, I will say about the "greed of the owners":
1) the price is quite low
2) the owners always communicate with a smile, politely.
So it's only you who are greedy here.

We had a rest in IlFi Panorama from May 16 to May 30, 2022. Very friendly hosts, Clean,comfortable. Beautiful view of the sea.Cleaning is done regularly, linen is changed.Good refrigerator, stove, dishes..... Tables. We recommend it. It's just impossible to describe everything. It's a beautiful place. The rooms are cozy, clean, and have everything you need. It is a 20-minute drive from Sukhum. Minibuses travel. The air here is amazing, and birds sing in the morning. There is a shop and a canteen nearby. The store has everything you need, and the food in the dining room is very tasty. The beach is sandy and pebbly and there are not many people.

~we had a vacation in Abkhazia this summer. The Ilfi Panorama guest house was chosen for recreation. We regretted it very much. The rest was ruined . We booked a guest house through booking. Everything was presented decently. We deliberately chose not the lowest price tag, tried to create comfortable conditions for ourselves to relax. But..... (((( Reality turned out to be terrible. Dirt in the room (cleaned by ourselves), lack of basic hygiene products (toilet paper, soap) . Bed linen and towels have not been changed for more than 7 days. They were changed only upon request. They made me pay for dirty bed linen, but how can it not get dirty if it hasn't been changed for seven days, and it's white? And they took it as a new one. The greed of the owners knows no limit. They profit from every little thing, they demand an additional fee for each step. The rooms are small. The website says that it is 15-18 meters. But in fact - only 12 - 10 meters. Where the room is a little bigger, there is a parking lot and every morning you breathe exhaust fumes and listen to the screeching of tires. The staff in the only person and the maid , and the administrator, are rude. They will not fulfill their duties. In fact, as it turned out, this is not a guest house at all, but a hotel for seconded employees of some institute. Moreover, the owners hide it and try to kill two birds with one stone.

We made a little mistake with the arrival time, they helped us to stay and didn't even take extra money)). Oksana and Valentina are very kind-hearted people. They have everything they need to relax:there are enough dishes, snow-white linen, towels. A quiet, cozy place for vacationers. The service is on the level, unobtrusive, but it will always help if you contact. I recommend it to married couples and people who appreciate silence. Great location. We lived on the 2nd floor - view from the terrace to the sea and mountains. The room has air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped downstairs. Purity. It takes 3 minutes from the room to the shop, dining room and pizzeria. Back a little more, because the hill). The sea is 10 minutes away. A place where there is no fuss. I want to go back there.

I read a review with a unit about this place. We had a rest from June 17 to 22, 2022. Yes, maybe not everyone here is used to the hotel. But this is not a hotel. And believe me, everything is human here, the rooms are clean. The administrator is a wonderful person who will prompt and help with the choice, advice on ignorance in the city, country. We were satisfied. Clean room, cozy apartments with several rooms on the floor. The kitchen is summer, there is everything you need to cook and celebrate if necessary. And the view from the balconies, by the way, is common to all of them. It's just space. It is very wonderful to spend an evening after an exciting trip through the mountains at the view of the mountains, the sea that open from the balconies. Or when you wake up and hear birds singing.
