Cool hotel 🏨 👍
The location is excellent, near the metro and the shopping center. The room is clean and comfortable, there is everything you need, the room was cleaned every day. Buffet meals, varied and delicious food.
A nice budget cozy hotel. It is conveniently located next to the metro, from where you can comfortably get to the old town. Decent breakfasts. Delicious and inexpensive food in the hotel restaurant.
Clean, neat. There is no kettle in the room, and there is no cooler on the floor either. Water can be collected during breakfast. The breakfasts are good.
An inexpensive hotel, well located: close to the metro and a large grocery supermarket. The rooms are large, cleaned every day, towels are changed. Breakfast is a buffet, there is a lot of everything, you can have a delicious and satisfying breakfast. All I needed was hot water for tea: there is no cooler, there is no kettle in the room. Boiling water can be bought in a cafe for 40 crowns.
The location is really great. There's a subway right across the street. The breakfast is good. Everything you need is there. The linen is clean. The room has all the necessary furniture. But the lack of air conditioning has a strong effect. The room is very stuffy. I would say unbearable. I wanted to leave as soon as possible. It is better to live in it in the cold season. And the mattress is very hard. But this is how anyone likes it. The hotel is currently repairing the facade. So the whole hotel is now surrounded by scaffolding and a blue grid. The accommodation is not affected, only if you are not confused by the view from the window.
Like it. Very close to the metro and close to shops, cafes. We were in March, the room is stuffy, but you can open the window. I think it will be very hot in summer, the room was cleaned every day, the pastel linen is perfectly white :))
Great hotel, everything is there. The room is cozy. Clear. Daily cleaning service. Buffet breakfast, quality food. It is quite close to the city center. 12 minutes to Wenceslas Square by metro.
Of all the advantages of the hotel, the convenience of location is in the first place. There are metro and bus stops nearby. It takes 25 minutes by metro to the center with one transfer. The 1st half-hour ticket is just enough. The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. Birds sing under the windows in the morning. The disadvantage is that the rooms do not have air conditioning and a refrigerator. The breakfasts are quite decent, there is a large influx of queues.
We lived in September for 2 weeks, very good location of the hotel, metro, buses, 3 supermarkets, 5 stations to the center, normal breakfasts, quiet and peaceful place.
Overall not bad, BUT:
1. There are a huge number of Russian-speaking tourists in the hotel, but the staff in general and at the Reception do not speak or understand Russian.
2. Breakfasts: the provision of ready meals suffers - there are often no dishes and you have to wait for a long time, their availability is poorly monitored.
3. In terms of the cleanliness of the restaurant, WELL DONE - the tables are quickly cleaned, there is always a sufficient amount of dishes.
4. There are cockroaches in the rooms.
5. The bed linen may have holes, but it is clean.
It is located on the outskirts, but across the street there is already a subway, pharmacy, Raiffeisen Bank, supermarket, bus stops. Get to the center or Prague Castle without any problems. And three stars are three stars. The room is clean, although instead of a double bed, 2 single beds were moved. There is no Kondei, there is a TV (we found the channel Russia 24). Breakfast buffet, everything is delicious. There's a pub nearby. And there is a bar nearby in the lobby, if you really can't wait. Overall, the impression is good. Check-in from 14.00, if you arrive earlier, you can leave your suitcases in the luggage room and go for a walk
There are too many disadvantages for three stars: lack of drinking water on the floors and in the room, lack of a hair dryer, refrigerator... In the restaurant, breakfast is still acceptable, dinner is just terrible. At the price that was paid for dinner (the day of arrival, it was too late to go looking outside the hotel), an additional payment was requested for a cup of tea. The next day in the center in an excellent restaurant for the same money we ate very hearty and tasty, including beer. The hotel clearly does not pull in three stars. This is the misinformation of tourists.

I disagree with some appraisers."
The hotel is normal for 3 stars. Daily cleaning. The purest, snow-white linen.
There were very few Russian speakers during my visit. Mostly Germans and Czechs. The breakfasts are wonderful:pastries, juices, sausages and sausages of various varieties, as well as cheeses. Butter, jams, fresh tomatoes and cucumbers. I can't list everything.
Opposite is a huge 7-storey supermarket with cafes and bars. Metro. 10 min.And you're in the center on Wenceslas Square. Another 5 minutes and Prague Castle.
It was in early April 2019.
Convenient location, 10 minutes from the center by metro, the metro is a 2-minute walk away. There is a shopping center and good restaurants nearby.

The hotel corresponds to the stated ***, but since there is no kettle in the room, the BOILING WATER is sold for 20 crowns))) glass.
The Russian-speaking staff is 50/50.
Restaurant: the breakfasts are delicious (hearty, varied), there is a lot of "local cuisine", but there is no Business lunch(((
Excellent hotel, polite staff, try to speak Russian in general, if you go to Prague, then only to Ilf

I liked the service and the food. Friendly girls at the reception. It is advisable to install a cooler. Not everyone can drink tap water (at least take a pill)
I liked the hotel. There is a subway nearby. Nice room. Good breakfasts. Only there is no hair dryer in the room. And there is no refrigerator. You can take a hairdryer at the reception, leaving a deposit.
the hotel is like a Soviet department, but not the worst option. The breakfasts are quite good. The linen is clean, towels are changed on demand, at least every day.
The hotel is cozy and clean. However, there is no ironing board with an iron on the floors and there is no hair dryer in the room, all this must be taken at the reception.
