A two-star rating is a response to the staff. In fact, the hotel is no more than 2 stars, because the interior does not stand up to any criticism. The entrance doors are a quest, and if the visitor also has luggage ...
the sound insulation of the rooms is equal to newspaper, everything can be heard what is happening in the neighboring rooms and the corridor.
There was only toilet paper and soap in the bathroom.
The pillows are very uncomfortable and there is a sheet instead of a duvet cover (somehow it is not hygienic).
The breakfast was very poor and not tasty.
And the cherry on the cake is a non-working elevator, and we are on the 3rd floor!
Nice hotel, near the railway station. The cafe is decent inside, there is an inexpensive pancake shop nearby. There are very cheap rooms (though few). I use it all the time.

in general, it's not bad, a guest house for those who miss the SSSSR, the ATMOSPHERE is evocative, the rooms are cleaned only upon departure, I did not ask to clean up, but no one came in during the week
I stayed at your hotel from November 6, 2019 to November 8, 2019. I booked the room a week before the expected stay. She lived in a suite. The room is smoky, cold, and blows from all the windows. The room is dirty. A drunken guest was screaming in the next room on the floor. They didn't want to talk to me at the reception, they hung up the phone. From a good place to stay these days, a heater was brought. I have been staying at this hotel for more than one year, I visit Aktobe every two or three months, and I am not pleased to note the deterioration in the quality of service from time to time.
For the price of 6900 / day and paid parking at 800 / day, there is no comfort!
There is a sewer stench in the room. Especially after taking a shower. Which, in turn, does not indulge in hot water, only warm.
A blanket without a duvet cover, but with a sheet.
The walls are stained.
The audibility is excellent! I spent half the night listening to my neighbors instead of sleeping.
For such a price, you could at least be more friendly at the reception.
An inexpensive hotel. The rooms are similar to the sanatorium rooms in the USSR.Old furniture. Antediluvian air conditioners. But the friendly staff and cleanliness smooth everything out.
Among the advantages: the location is close to the administrative center of the city, which was important for us, next to the Taykazan dining room; a hearty breakfast is served, only it is prepared individually, and therefore a little long. Of the cons: poor rooms.
There is an unguarded parking nearby. They offer a guarded one for a fee. Good ordinary rooms of a Soviet hotel. The showers and toilet are well renovated. Everything is in order. Breakfast is possible. WiFi is good. Pleasant staff, ready to help.
The Soviet hotel, where they only recently learned about booking. In principle, you can stay for two nights if you like Soviet romance, listen to ALL the conversations of neighbors and staff, inhale the smell from the toilet.
I liked the price. For 2750 tenge, I lived in a separate room.
I liked the guarded parking lot where I parked my car (truck)
I didn't like it - the room was very stuffy. Those rooms that are cheap, they do not fully open the window (only the window pane) and they face south

the room is clean, but there was no hot water in the morning due to repairs, there are also no disposable slippers, shower gel, toothpaste, an empty bar. Slightly out of line with the price
The hotel is terrible, I was in economy class apartments, everything is terrible there, it's so crowded only in a communal apartment, I won't go there anymore and I won't recommend it to anyone. The income is mainly brought by economy class apartments, having improved it, the profitability will increase many times, but I think they have enough station clock customers and do not think about improvements, they do not have competition. In general, there is a place to grow, I hope you will improve conditions for middle-class people.
