The prices are excellent and the dishes are very tasty. But there is no service. We have been waiting for an order for a very long time . They messed up the invoice and messed up the orders too .
I expected more. The service is slow, I would not say that there were a lot of people. The bill was waited for 10 minutes, then another 10 waited for the terminal to be brought.
There is no pizza! The prices are clearly overpriced.
I went for the first time and I don't really understand Italian cuisine, but I liked it on the whole. The pasta was carried for a long time. Ofiki are cute and pleasant. Desserts are unreasonably expensive in my opinion.
The pizza was delicious, there was no alcohol in the mahito at all, but maybe that's the way it should be, I don't know)
The waitresses are kind, but it is clear that they physically do not have time to constantly run up to everyone.

It's quite tasty, but there are nuances, both positive and negative. The positive is that here, at least by default, a spoon is served with pasta (spaghetti). Negative - and let them be ashamed, they can't pour a glass of water from the cooler to the child, they allegedly only have 0.5 liter bottled water, and they don't apparently cook coffee :) It seems to be a small thing, but somehow it's a shame for a decent institution to refuse water. For me, this is a kind of bullying test for the owners of the establishment. Moreover, they pour it in the Moscow el patio without any problems. Yes, what am I talking about, in almost all the establishments that I have visited in recent years, pouring water is not a problem. I did not expect such a failure from the local elf :)
We went here with our beloved .We ordered smoothies and pizza. Fly away. Delicious. The staff is polite. The waitress girl came up many times and asked what and how. Well done. Keep it up. The service is at the highest level.
The portion size does not match the cost, compared to other establishments. When trying to buy the selected wine, the waitress said that there was no such thing, offered another bottle, which is more expensive, after a couple of minutes it turned out that there was no wine, and there was only the most expensive. For me personally, it looked like a divorce. What do you mean, no wine? Then why is it on the wine list?
The waiters are always sad and sad about something ...
the food is being prepared for a sooo long time.
It's not worth it, especially since the prices are above average
A pleasant place. What is missing is a good staff training (not all the organizational aspects are known by the new waiters). They often confuse the account and accidentally bring someone else's. The atmosphere, food and prices are good
