Wonderful

The beach part was very stony. Apart from that, their houses are clean, there is no noise, sea air, etc. Jul. it was very nice.

On the left is the Marmara Sea, on the right is a mountainous area.
Plus, there is a hot spring that is delivered directly to each room of the hotel in a Jacuzzi.
Cons the beach is not sandy but stone.

A facility that gets worse every year in terms of services, cleanliness. No maintenance, no cleaning, no service. Timeshare and full apartment owners are living with the head that they have to come anyway. They collect dues and don't pay them back. The beach is covered in filth. The roads are covered in dirt. There is no landscaping maintenance. Has a plus gain been made to the Facility in the last 10 years?
