The beach part was very stony. Apart from that, their houses are clean, there is no noise, sea air, etc. Jul. it was very nice.

Positive: Clean mountain air together with sea air in one place in Armutlu. On the left is the Marmara Sea, on the right is a mountainous area. Plus, there is a hot spring that is delivered directly to each room of the hotel in a Jacuzzi. Cons the beach is not sandy but stone.
