In the summer, I gave my iPhone 14 Pro to replace the screen and case, chose the most expensive option for 2500 thousand b.r., as a result, we did it for 3 weeks , we were fed breakfast every day, it was annoying. We did it , we gave a 4 - month warranty . During this time, the entire frame was erased under the cover , and after 3 months a green stripe appeared on the left for the entire height of the screen . I brought it back . They didn't call me for 4 days, she called me. They said that they think most likely the phone fell or was pinned down , they are still diagnosing it , perhaps tomorrow it will be possible to pick it up . After that, they were unavailable for 3 days. I arrived , it turned out they had run out of money on the phone . It's a service that you can't reach for 3 days. I just took the phone in the same form as I gave it back . They didn 't even try to explain what the problem was . I don 't advise anyone!
Addition: I took it to another service, it turned out that the battery was replaced without my knowledge.

I drowned the phone, went to fix it immediately at iGood.
They told me at first that everything was fine, but it was better to carry out a deep cleaning for 40 rubles, they said they would do everything in a day or two.
No one called, so they had to call them themselves.
There are constant excuses from them, they say, another 5 minutes and we will call you back. As a result, I called back myself after an hour.
And when the master already brought the phone to their point in the Gallery Shopping center, they tell me that a lot of things have already broken down and they throw a price tag under 200 rubles, but after the question *You said deep cleaning is only needed for 40p, why such a price tag? *
To which they replied that they would make a discount, when I said that I wanted to pick up my phone, they refused me, they say, only on condition that I pay 120 rubles with a discount, or wait a day later (maybe more as they usually do) we will give it to you with overheated and broken spare parts.
After picking up the phone and paying on that day, it breaks down after a month (the phone did not fall, it just turned off and did not turn on)
Having arrived to them for diagnosis. The result was said in a day.
It never turned on and explained this by the fact that the RAM does not work...
I took the phone that did not turn on from iGood
I took it to another service, where they told me that I was missing the main part, the chip.
We make the results: people do not respect other people's time, cheat and steal details.

The service center was replacing the rear window on my iPhone 11. The iGood service turned out to be the closest one that I found and where the price turned out to be more or less normal. I am satisfied with the request, the price was called immediately after the request and repairs were made quickly enough, during the working day. they gave the iphone 7 plus for repair, the result was a battery and problems with the board... the repair was refused, but I turned to another service where the fee was restored to me. On the battery, as it turned out, it was necessary to clean the middle contacts and not change them. There was no power controller on the board (which is a small thing, as explained to me by the master who repaired the board, which probably sinned in igood for power, but they did not return it back)!!! and most importantly, after the restoration, it turned out that the main camera was not working! although it worked before the phone broke down (and it doesn't cost much, not a little 100)... apparently, the guys from the service thought that the phone was dead and they wouldn't make it and pulled it out... I do not recommend it!!!

The masters of this service center concluded that the phone was falling, although there was no such thing. They refused to eliminate the result of their work for free. I'm not a professional, but the foreman from another service center said it wasn't my fault. So now decide whether to contact igood or not.
