By itself, this church is small, low and unsightly - completely "barn-like" architecture; one could pass by and not pay any attention to it at all.
If the bell tower hadn't suddenly caught on to the view: it caught on, tightened, stopped the movement. A strange and outwardly alien structure for this church, it lives its own life, takes on the whole meaning of the nearby square of the same name. It's impossible to just walk away from her: she makes you walk in circles around yourself, turn around and look at yourself until she disappears completely from sight...
