This Saturday we were with 2 one-year-old children.The girl is smiling, very pleasant, endearing, quickly found an approach to the children.Everything was done quickly, clearly and professionally.The girl is young, but a great professional in her field!
There have been repeated situations when it is impossible to get through. They may simply not take it, or even throw it off. There is no question of a callback. A complete lack of customer orientation in this matter. When asked by the administrator if it is considered normal to call more than 60 times, I received an absolutely boorish answer so that I could ask the question faster, because "they call on other lines." Maybe it's time to put more than one person at the reception? Obviously, the employees are not doing their job. And yes, I never got the right recording.
I can't get through on the phone ... They turned on an operator who immediately says "Our specialist will answer you in 3 minutes", and then within seven minutes says "Our specialist will answer you in 1 minute". And so no one answers, you just sit and listen to this operator....

Excellent staff, nice girls at the reception. Responsive specialists. Everything is neat and cozy. The prices for the services are comfortable. The tests arrived on time. I recommend it!
Dear director of this place, explain to your employees that if they agree to perform the procedure, it means they know how to perform it. They came with a two-year-old child for blood sampling, both hands were pierced for the child, but they never got into the vein. This is the first time we've had this, because before, always, always! honey.the staff of laboratories and hospitals successfully drew blood for the baby from the first time. I do not know who works for you, but send them to a refresher course, or hire competent staff. Or you immediately refuse to take blood from children and honestly admit that you do not know how to do it. I rarely write reviews, but there is no limit to my indignation. The hysteria of the child, plus the wasted time, plus the uselessly stabbed hands of my child.
This is not the first time we have been tested. We are pleased with the service, the medical staff is attentive and professionally performs their duties. The child is afraid of injections, but nurse Svetlana found an approach and took blood almost painlessly. Thanks a lot to her for that!! If necessary, we will come again
