We ordered a sofa, made an advance payment of 50%. Since the prepayment amount is large, we promised to do it quickly. We were supposed to receive the goods with delivery within a month. The delivery time has been violated, they promised to raise it to the floor for free by phone (as compensation for the delay). As a result, everything that was promised is all lies. They talk rudely on the phone, hang up, and demand money for lifting. Their favorite phrase is, "We don't owe you anything." Everything that is promised is a complete lie!
