The CT scan clearly shows 2 roots. The whole procedure was outraged that such a heavy tooth and that it was necessary to make an appointment with a consultation. When recording, they said that when removing the upper tooth, consultation is not needed. Although, after showing the picture before the reception, he did not say anything about the upcoming difficulty.
He justified himself by saying that he could not tell me anything at all about these remaining roots, and that people do not talk about them and they live like this all their lives. To my questions - how do I remove the roots and whether they will rot on me - I could not tell you anything at all. Outraged by the behavior. Everyone makes mistakes.
As a result: I paid for the removal, so I still have to deal with these roots, but in another place.
I visited the clinic, they told me to go to the surgeon, I made an appointment in advance, the amount was announced 10p on the phone during the visit, I can say a good one about the doctor, but looking at my picture I said that it was not for him, but for an orthopedist, why then it was necessary to examine me, give recommendations if this is not his profile, but immediately send it to its destination, just to pay for a service that I did not need, and at the reception, the price was for some reason 15, and not 10 as it was announced three days earlier. It was very unpleasant for me that, already looking at the picture, the doctor said that this was not his specialty, and he conducted an examination anyway, but I just had to send immediately to an orthopedist so that I would be examined by exactly the specialist who relates to this, and pay for exactly the service I needed. A rather unpleasant aftertaste from the visit, as well as from the receptionist at the reception. I've visited this clinic before, and there have always been polite and friendly girls there, but this time, it's just wasted time and lost money.
I want to express my gratitude to the clinic. Today I called to make an appointment with a surgeon and got an appointment today (probably lucky). At the reception, the doctor was very attentive, clearly explained the causes of my problem and made recommendations for treatment. But it also struck me that it didn't cost me at all, it turns out that a doctor's consultation is free here! I recommend it!
