I came with my family for the weekend. I liked the hotel. I booked it by phone. They immediately sent a photo of the specific room that was prepared for us. We had another family member with us, a little dog named Marta. I immediately warned the administrator about this. He didn't mind and prepared a room for us at the back of the hotel. The breakfasts are sooo even! There was everything, right down to boosters with black and red caviar (although they were eaten very quickly).
The staff, as expected, is almost invisible. The rooms are fresh and clean. The Internet is flying (we watched online movies with the whole family, and everyone has their own😂)
The location is wonderful - it seems to be in a quiet alley, but at the same time, a couple of steps away on the central road there were a lot of cafes, shops, pharmacies, coffee shops and other delights. I can safely recommend it.

I like. A cozy hotel with affordable prices, friendly, sociable staff, delicious breakfasts, clean rooms and linen. There is a cafe with national dishes nearby. And not far from Registan it takes 5-10 minutes by taxi.

I didn't like the hotel. A cold breakfast, like everything is there, but there is nothing to eat. Terrible mattresses. The only plus is the friendly staff. In general, I do not recommend it.

The center is within walking distance. The breakfasts are excellent. But I always had to remind about something at the reception, then the towel was not changed, then the cleaning was not done

Dampness in the rooms, not a pleasant smell of mold and when the electricity is turned off, nothing works, no heating, no washbasin, no toilet, no generator. When you make a claim, they are still rude.

The hotel has an excellent location. The main thing is not to go to the Ideal cafe opposite. There is no service there. But the hotel is the opposite. Everyone is friendly enough. Breakfast is not to say that it is bursting with abundance, but it is not modest either. The rooms are comfortable, the plumbing and appliances are of high quality. The main thing is that the bed is gorgeous, the mattress is gorgeous, the bed linen is crisp. For its price, one of the best options.

A great hotel. Good location near the boulevard. A normal breakfast (even red caviar happens). The rooms are clean and freshly renovated. There are a large number of cafes nearby. In general, I highly recommend it.

My wife and I have booked a hotel room for October 16-17, 2021. We arrived at the hotel at about 19:30, tired after a long trip and it turned out that our room was not ready, we were asked to wait 15 minutes. At the same time, they called during the day to clarify our arrival. The room is generally clean, however there were stains on the wallpaper. During breakfast, there were a lot of dirty dishes that were not cleaned, there were not enough people to provide appliances in a timely manner. During the payment for the hotel, trying to voice our comments about the above to the manager, the answer was received that the choice of the hotel is always ours.

Awful. There was no hot water + the staff were asleep at 2 a.m., and the tenants couldn't get into the rooms in the rain, not a foot more there. The main manager of the hotel is hamlo. We stopped by at 8 p.m. the next day before 12:00 p.m. we asked to vacate the rooms without any compensation. When checking in, no one said anything about it at all. The worst hotel I've seen in Uzbekistan.

The hotel lives up to its name. We did a good job on the design of the rooms. It is very pleasant to be in them. The bathroom is also great. Everything is new, clean, and cozy. We did not save money on furniture and decoration. Very beautiful designer chandeliers, lamps, cornices. I slept very well there. It was a rare case when I really didn't want to leave the hotel.
