I don't know how it was at the height of the season, but at the end of September it was good here. It is quite warm to swim and sparsely populated.
From the center of Baku, you can easily get here by bus, the journey will take about half an hour.
The beach is sandy, the bottom is too. The beach is clean enough, there are changing rooms and a shower. Everything is free.
A small city beach, the closest to Baku (15 km), admission is free. There are umbrellas and sun beds, also free of charge. The beach is being looked after, there are men's/women's changing rooms (outdoor) and toilets, two outdoor showers, garbage cans, a lifeguard post that keeps order, a volleyball net. There is a cafe with drinks, pies, ice cream and other snacks. Sand mixed with shells, glass fragments come across, it is better not to walk barefoot. We were at the end of June, on weekdays - there are few people, you can find a place in the sun) The sea is clean and very warm, the entrance is gentle, the depth is comfortable for children and adults. They say that an oil film can form on windy days, it is forbidden to swim on such days, but no one forbids staying on the beach. We were lucky with the weather and the sea all the time :) We went there and back by taxi (5-6 manats in one direction), took drinks, fruits, sandwiches with us. A great economy option!
A nice, sparsely populated and free beach. There are changing rooms, shower, toilet. The disadvantage is in transport accessibility. Buses run frequently, there is a stop, but there is no crossing over the highway. So, if you are without a car, then you can only get there by taxi (5-7 manats from the center of Baku), and you can also return by bus, the stop is nearby.
Free sandy beach near the city center. There is everything you need, changing cabins, showers, toilets. There are not enough stationary umbrellas for shade. But this is not critical.
The beach is close to the city, very clean. There is an outdoor shower, a changing room far away on the hot sand or a path. It is better not to drive without an umbrella. There are tents with food and water nearby. There is a public transport stop nearby.
The beach is very nice and clean. Despite the fact that the city is free. There are lifeguards, sun beds, a place under the shade, garbage cans, a handover, a shower, a toilet and for less it's all free and there aren't many people, especially on weekdays the beach is almost empty
We were on June 8th. Apparently, the beach season has not started yet, preparations were underway. Umbrellas, sun beds - tired, old, dirty.
The sea is very dirty: starting from mud, ending with packages, wrappers, fittings and even a banner lived out its life there.
In general, the beach is not bad, but apparently it is not yet the season, since the water was still dirty, so the shore was covered in algae in places
