In the conditions of today's Armenia, Idi-bank provides services of a higher standard and quite quickly. Low prices for service, Russian- and English-speaking service, high-quality support. It is unclear why you should take a commission when withdrawing the cache from your native ATM, but otherwise there are no questions.

I will voice my problem. My husband and I opened a business account in this bank a month ago, bought a terminal for accepting payments from customers. The terminal is still not connected to the payment acceptance system. I have been calling and writing to them every day for a month, the problem has not been solved yet, they have only one answer: "հայտը ներկայացրել ենք, սպասում ենք լիցենզիաին". What kind of license is it, why does it take so long to get it, why did no one warn you about it in advance? One disappointment((((.
I've been to the office several times. For the first time, they gave me a piece of paper, and told me to fill it out and send it electronically. In the office, for non-residents, nothing can be arranged. After a few days of correspondence with the bank by mail, I was able to find out that the conditions for opening an account are very different from those stated!
