I always bought caviar in this store, but last time I was disappointed. The caviar purchased turned out to be of poor quality, with an unusual, almost plastic consistency. I returned to discuss the problem, but the manager, despite my explanations, offered neither a replacement nor a refund. Instead, he claimed that the caviar is good, although it is obvious that this is not the case. As a result, I threw the caviar right in front of the manager and left. Be careful – they can sell a damaged product here and not admit the problem even if there is evidence.
A couple of days ago we tried to buy chilled salmon. As a result, we lost 40 minutes and were left without fish. It was necessary to gut the fish and cut it lengthwise, but no one could do this incredibly difficult job from three people. We were ignored, fed promises to wait a minute, then a second. They served everyone except us. We left in confusion, and we don't want to come here anymore.
