I want to share another negative experience of being transformed into this service. I contacted them about a malfunction of the vacuum cleaner - I had a loose wire, which I notified the receptionist about and wrote to WA. They didn't call at the promised time and were only able to provide an answer after my 2nd call. According to them, there is a malfunction in the control unit, the repair cost is 45,000, not counting the filter. Disagreeing with their expert opinion, I took the vacuum cleaner and gave it to the Aura service. As expected, the malfunction in the cable break and the cleaning of the vacuum cleaner with the replacement of the filter cost 17,000 tenge
Misleading information. During a telephone conversation with a specialist, he clarified the type of necessary repairs and received confirmation of this. We offered 2 options for delivering the equipment for repair: to bring it yourself or send it via courier. Even when visiting the center, it turned out that they were carrying out such repairs. I've wasted my time.

A brazen, unceremonious deception. I passed the TV for diagnostics on 11/20/24. The LG 42LB637V TV (2014) does not load. it hangs on the logo. They made a diagnosis, called and told that "there is a processor malfunction, insufficient voltage on the power supply., the processor needs to be soldered and it will cost 58,000 KZT" Said that for this money I can buy a B.U. I decided not to repair and came to pick it up. As a result, the TV was not even opened, because the seal on the TV was not damaged. Super experts diagnose the power supply without even opening the TV!! I have supporting photos for the management of the SC, if they are interested. But I think they are aware of such high qualifications of their masters.
