The hotel is cool! The best of those where I have vacationed and not only in Turkey. Gorgeous green area. Varied (lots of meat, fish and seafood) and delicious food! The freshly squeezed juices were pomegranate and carrot +orange. I don't know about all the rooms, but in ours (we lived on the top floor) we couldn't hear the neighbors below us and behind the wall, only when someone went out on the balcony or walked down the corridor.
There are 3 disadvantages: 1) live music /DJ on the stage near the pools until almost midnight (heard everywhere) and a disco (until 2:00) no, no, yes, it comes, besides, the staff can clean the territory at night, water the garden quite noisily while talking (the first night we couldn't fall asleep until 3 nights). 2) centralized air conditioning. It was possible to turn it on one day at a temperature of more than 30 degrees, the rest of the time it did not work. And so it would be a salvation just in case of noise from the street (I closed the door to the balcony, turned on the air conditioner and sleep peacefully). If you just close the door without air conditioning, you can't breathe. 3) there is no sign around the perimeter of the pond and on the veranda of the main restaurant prohibiting feeding swans, especially bread. We saw only one such one, but it is located in a very unfortunate place out of sight (( and of course people feed, harming birds and polluting the pond, the staff does not even make remarks, but it would be necessary to fine, then they will immediately stop, but first put signs everywhere. If the quality department suddenly reads my review, please take this point into special consideration.
The show "Hurrem Sultan" is very professional! And I liked the piano every evening in the lobby.
P.S. By the way, we met several families who come to this hotel not for the first time. We would have come back too)

The hotel is family-run, mainly families with young children under 5 years old stay here. of the advantages, there is a huge beautiful green area, very tasty varied all-inclusive food (especially the desserts are gorgeous), there are several bars (I advise you to try cocktails in the mixoloji). the staff in the main restaurant comes up, asks about drinks, we have not encountered any disregard on his part. there are all kinds of sports training such as water polo, archery, yoga, etc. there is a healthy water park with slides and several pools. in addition to the buffet food, there are a lot of snack bars serving Turkish gozleme tortillas, doners, chips, ice cream and much more, there are also paid a la carte restaurants. the rooms, in my opinion, are in good condition, cleaning happens daily. Upon arrival, you will also have a bottle of wine and a tray of fruits in your room. the beach is very close, the first line. and now the cons: the evening animation here starts at 10 p.m. and ends at about midnight, includes very loud music that can be heard at night from the room, prevents sleep. in general, it's strange to me how a hotel for families with kids regularly arranges night drives, do children need to sleep at night? or not? at the same time, breakfast starts at 7 a.m. and lasts until 11 a.m. in general, the schedule of the restaurant where the buffet is very strange, too little time passes between breakfast and lunch, but dinner starts late enough. The minibar was replenished only 1-2 times during the eight-day vacation. all sorts of sellers of spa services / jewelry / photo shoots are constantly pestering - such an obsession is a little annoying, if we need something, we will come up ourselves. the staff is mostly polite, but there are exceptions, there is a passive-aggressive attitude - well, after all, the end of the season, they are probably already exhausted. the hotel is very busy even at the end of September, crowds of vacationers (mostly Russians, Turks and Germans, there are fewer people from other countries, but there are also). the location is isolated, there is no way to walk from this hotel, because the territory borders immediately with the highway. to get to the city, you need to order an expensive taxi at the hotel. if your room is on the 1st- 3rd floor, of the options for getting there and from there, there are only 2 small elevators that are always busy / loaded and you have to wait for them for 5-10 minutes. as a result, we scored on the elevators and used the stairs for the staff. the glasses in the room were not washed or changed: as we poured Pepsi Cola there on the first day and finished it, so these glasses stood all vacation with traces of this soda, as a result, we rinsed them in the toilet sink with our pens. There are constantly not enough sun beds on the beach, most of them stand empty all day with towels thrown on - they are busy, and they can't be occupied anymore. After all, we didn't have a patch with this place, we probably won't come here a second time.

I really liked the hotel, the concept is family friendly, a paradise for children, the territory is huge and very beautiful!!! The sea is warm, you won't find any sun beds after 11:00, maybe because of the season since the hotel was full, the snack bar on the sea is good and the bar is too) I really liked the boar on the sea 😊 There are a lot of sun beds by the pools, the pools are clean but it was cool for me to swim there)
The hotel cooks delicious, there is a lot of food, there was fish every day, in the morning there is always lightly salted salmon, seafood every other day, fruits in abundance. Alcohol is a good imported luxury, corona extra bottles were always in the refrigerator, delicious aperol,
evening programs at a high level
As for the rooms, they are in a tired state, the rooms require renovation.
I would definitely return to the hotel.
