we lived for a week with a view of the street (audibility is high, but the sound level is comfortable)
very convenient location
the room keys were constantly demagnetized
the ventilation in the bathroom does not work
along the hotel like a constant traffic jam, it is quite difficult to get here by taxi

A cozy chain hotel. I liked the service, the gel shampoo in the shower is very pleasant, the restaurant. The only thing I didn't like was that there were always stale fruits during breakfast.
With all the advantages that can be listed for a long time, the main advantage of the Ibis Yerevan Center hotel, in my opinion, is its location - next to the most beautiful pedestrian and shopping street, Severny Prospekt. Add to this the charming staff, excellent cuisine, neatness and cleanliness and you don't have to think about where to stay in Yerevan. Only in the Ibis Yerevan center!
The hotel is located in a very convenient location, the very center of the city, near a bunch of supermarket shops, and Republic Square is just a minute away) The hotel is very clean, everything is new, and the design is very beautiful!) The hotel staff is polite and understanding, they will tell you everything and help you!)
Stay at this hotel and you will not regret it!
The price is generally very small for such a hotel!)
I lived here for a week and a half in September. In terms of service, it is a very good 3* hotel. The staff is polite, daily cleaning, towels, mini fridge, safe - no complaints.
The location is in the very center of the city. This is both a plus (it is convenient to walk to any point of the city) and a minus (nearby is the main pedestrian street with shops and restaurants, therefore it is quite noisy late at night). The minus is not critical, because with the window closed and the air conditioner turned on, the sound insulation is of high quality.
A couple of quibbles: the shower cabin is not the most successful design (the door opens outwards, so the water drips onto the floor) and the coffee machine in the restaurant (cappuccino is often prepared at breakfast without milk, then without coffee). Well, in my opinion, the cost of living is still too high, even taking into account the location of the hotel. But this assessment is subjective, and as it is, I was quite satisfied with the accommodation.
Convenient location relative to cafes, restaurants, shops and other attractions in the center of Yerevan. A good breakfast. From 18 to 20 (happy hours), you can have a second beer at the reception bar. Demand topping up - sometimes bartenders pretend they don't know anything about it.
In general, the hotel is not bad. But the impression was greatly spoiled by the petty cheating of the staff with money for breakfast, which we refused at the booking stage, but they shoved it into us and stubbornly did not want to return the money
Very good hotel, good location, varied and hearty breakfasts. Hotels do not smoke. The minus is just one towel for the resident. But if you ask, they give you as much as you need. And also, a smoking area right at the entrance to the hotel. And the overall impression of the hotels is very good. There are computers and a printer. We printed out boarding passes after checking in for the return flight. No doubt, on our next trip, we will stay at this hotel.
