I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The rooms are neat, clean and comfortable, the breakfasts are delicious, there is a choice.
The staff is excellent, friendly and friendly, it definitely differs from competitors, the hotel is 3 stars , but the service and staff of colleagues are 5.
I want to thank the staff Victoria, Resi and Anna, smiling and decent staff, it was nice to meet and thank you for comfortable communication in Russian. An unexpected compliment was especially pleasant - souvenirs that will remind you of Tbilisi and a cozy stay in this hotel.
The staff of the Ibis Stadium are the real faces of the heartiest, people with a big heart ❤️ Thank you for your service and comfort, you are cool!

The hotel itself is decent, nice inside, fresh furniture and plumbing. Clear.
Further disadvantages:
The location of the entrance is not the most successful, it is difficult to find. The barrier will not be opened until you come to the reception, and there is nowhere to leave the car.
The reception staff themselves are detached, they will not even greet, they will not look up at contact.
The garbage on the elevator floor has been abandoned for 2 days.

I am very glad that I chose this hotel for my first time in Tbilisi. There is everything nearby, metro, bus stops, shops, market. The hotel has its own parking, which was very important for us.
A sufficient breakfast (omelette, sausages, stewed vegetables, rice, oatmeal porridge and, as usual, cheeses, sausages, vegetables, fruits, cereals, in general, everything is very good for breakfast), is quickly updated, employees are constantly replenishing. The rooms are small but very functional. Comfortable mattress and pillows. An excellent hotel for a tourist or work trip. Thank you for our comfortable stay!

A modern hotel, near the market, metro, train station, Dynamo stadium, the embankment of the Kura River, where I went fishing. Breakfast is included, there is a bar downstairs.
Until you scan the room key card, the elevator will not go up.
Events are held in the evenings.
Cats live at the entrance, they have their own bowls and drinkers.

Not a bad hotel.
Very stylish, beautiful lobby. Delicious food for breakfast. Nothing supernatural, but everyone will find it to their taste and stay full.
I'm shooting a star for:
- the absence of a kettle and cups
- lack of a toothbrush cup in the bathroom
- the fact that the bed was changed on the fifth day and only after my request (the sign was hung, even 10 lari was left - it was useless)
We lived in a room with a balcony. In general, we are satisfied, but we lacked such important details.

Convenient location, friendly staff.
The rooms are equipped with towels, slippers and a bathrobe. There is a shower gel, shampoo and hair dryer in the bathtub (shower cabin).
The dental kit is paid separately.

I'm putting 2, just because it's a network and a really good location! The staff is very unfriendly, they don't even say hello! We had a birthday, I asked for a compliment in advance, they said everything would be fine, the hotel does it on its own! The hotel does not do anything on request, it does not seem to remember anything at all! Unfortunately, the impression of the network is spoiled(((

At the time of our stay, the ventilation system was not working, which we were not informed about in advance. It was simply unsafe to breathe air from the ventilation. At the reception they offered to open the window, but the windows in the hotel open only a small gap (they explained this with safety precautions). The room was about 30 degrees Celsius (at +15 outside) and stuffy. It is impossible to sleep. There was only one outlet in the room and that was out of order. I do not recommend it.

There are exchangers nearby . I asked to change the linen for the 4th day. I'll come again. The ibis does not fail.

Of course, I understand the struggle for the environment, but this is the only hotel where they do not give a shower mat, you get wet feet on the floor!
There is nothing to open the suitcases on, the lamps are terrible.
Drinking water is not provided to the room every time, although they are obliged to.
