The breakfast is insufficient, the rooms are nice because of the cleaning pain, but you may not be able to sleep, especially during the summer and April. there is also a lot of noise coming from the rooms on the 1st floor below.

The hotel fully meets expectations. I stopped several times. Comfortable rooms, some with a balcony. Of the minuses, there is a construction site nearby (as of summer-autumn 2023) and a disco, at the end of the week in the evening it can be noisy. The city center is not within walking distance. For those who have their own car - there are plenty of Parking spaces nearby (free of charge).
